OZO Properties in Hong Kong

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. It's close to both the MTR and bus stations, and there's a tram stop right outside, which is super convenient for getting to Central, HKU, and Kennedy Town. The room is tiny, with the bed right by the door, but all the facilities are new. The bathroom is very clean, and the towels are brand new. However, there are no slippers for showering. The bedding is also new and quite comfortable. I couldn't find the slippers or hairdryer at first, but when I asked a staff member the next day, they told me they were in the wardrobe behind the mirror.

I paid for a room above the minimum level and I got a quite simple, yet reasonably clean, room. A specific request I made was accommodated for and the request to not be disturbed by the personnel was fully respected. Not so the request to clean the room, that remained untouched by the personnel for 4 days, despite shoving the request a few hours every day in normal business hours. Coffee is available free flow, but no cups are provided. The room had wall made of very light material and I could here the movements of all neighbors like if they were in my room. I paid a very high price, but it was during Chinese New Year. I did not check, but if the same room sells fro more than 250HK$/night in normal time, then I would consider that a robbery.
