Very convenient spot with nice staffs and great decorations. It’s easy to be spotted for the taxi driver and quite impress there are 3 staffs at the check in counter. There is a huge supermarket and outlet across the road. The mattress is exceptional and very comfy.

My guest was really satisfied staying in Dorsett hotel, i tried my best to contact the staff about my guest just land from Frankfurt, it took him over 12 hours to be here, hopefully allow him can get the room soon, we understand there is no empty room at that moment, but the staff is nice , then just kept the luggage in the concierge. My guest was totally fine with this.

Although the hotel is near an MTR, the MTR station is quite a distance from typical attractions (eg. 25min ride to Mong Kok). Slightly underwhelmed by the room size as I thought it will be bigger than imagined but it’s still slightly more spacious than the usual rooms you get near Mong Kok for the price. The double bed is the size of 2 super singles put together which fits a King size mattress atop which is spacious. Hotel is kind enough to provide a baby cot FOC although a bit disappointed that we didn’t receive anything else as we are celebrating our wedding anniversary at the hotel - we didn’t specifically request for it too so can’t fault them as well. The breakfast is pretty sumptuous.

It's not close to MTR station, as I need to walk 15 minutes to Gau Tao KoK MTR station. It's close to plenty of bus stations if you walk 10 minutes to the main road Kwun Tong Road. The front desk services are not so friendly, it's hard to get information from them. Long line when you need to approach the front desk services. Although they have 3 staff, one of them is service. In the evening, plenty of tourists come to check in, those are from tour agencies. Close to Kwun Tong promenade, it's 5 minutes walking distance. No facilities like gym and swimming pool. It's surrounded by restaurants, and it's easy to access the food restaurants.

Great hotel when you urgently just need a room! I was in a situation where I needed to Early check in, and sleep as the prior night had been a stressful one. The hotel accommodated this request to the best of their ability and gave me a room 3-4 hours early! It was the only hotel willing to do so. They also did not disturb me at all, and the room itself was bougie and nice! Overall, met my needs and was super clutch when needed. Thanks IND Hotel!
