I was very happy to return to this hotel as the staff is great. I was given a large corner room so my stay was even nicer. The Christmas decorations were lovely 🎄

Great views from the seaview room! Comfy and close to everything”. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres are nearby. The room was comfortable but pillows were pretty average and aircon was too noisy. The Cafe staff could be friendlier. The staff at the reception had no smiles but concierge staff were excellent especially Marco. He was remarkably reliable as he helped us followed very closely and timely with our traveling schedules in case of cancellations due to the typhoon weather. Great stay overall.
