Very convenient location and polite staff. It's clean and relatively well maintained. My only complaints are - i) the room was a bit humid, ii) lift was so small and inefficient. Otherwise it was a good stay and great value for money. There was a simple breakfast in the morning which I thankfully enjoyed.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, very easy to find with clear signage. The facilities are quite comprehensive, the environment is very clean, and the room view is great. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay!

The room size was decent, and the hot water in the bathroom was good – a nice temperature with strong pressure. Sounds okay, right? But actually, there are serious issues, and I wouldn't recommend spending over 700 to stay here. There's only one power outlet in the entire room, and it's not even near the bed. It's really low to the ground, which makes charging anything incredibly inconvenient. Even as a solo traveler, I found it very awkward to use. The bathroom was even worse; there was absolutely no power outlet. I brought my own hairdryer, but couldn't use it at all.

The high-floor view is amazing, with skyscrapers lining up, giving it a very Hong Kong vibe. The room size is quite large for Hong Kong, and the modern decor is stylish and clean. The hygiene is excellent. The only downside is that the soundproofing of the room door isn't great.

The location is central, just about a ten-minute walk from the heart of Central. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. Although the room isn't particularly spacious, it's well-equipped and the service is excellent. It's perfect for business travelers.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The cleanliness was good too, it's just that the room was a bit damp. Every morning when I woke up, the floor was wet. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Close to the MTR, and there are tons of food options, cafes, and convenience stores around, so it was really easy to get around and find something to eat at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the room felt modern enough for a short stay.

My second stay here was even better! First off, this time I got a really well-proportioned room, not the one by the elevator, though there aren't many rooms on each floor so getting to the elevator is always convenient. Then, I absolutely have to praise the housekeeping staff. Here, you can scan a QR code on the desk to order amenities, and they'll be delivered. When I was at Hong Kong Disneyland, I got bitten terribly by midges and had scratched my skin till it bled a little. I was worried about staining the sheets, so I added a note asking for two band-aids. When the housekeeping staff delivered my items, she proactively asked if I had injured myself. When she found out it was due to insect bites, she told me not to cover the wound and assured me it was okay if it got on the bed. She then suggested I could buy some topical anti-itch medicine (like Mopidick) at the convenience store (it was late at night, and I had originally planned to just bear it until I could go to a pharmacy the next morning). Also, the hotel breakfast is pretty good. While I do enjoy going to local cafes (Bing Sutt/Cha Chaan Teng) for breakfast, experiencing the hotel's breakfast was quite nice too. After a tiring day at Hong Kong Disneyland, it was super convenient to sleep in, wake up to a sunny and warm day outside, grab a quick bite at the hotel, and then go back to sleep. Overall, I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

A nice clean and friendly place for a short stay - good amenities and location. Great shower but the bed is a bit too firm. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants and the city center.

Pleasant surprise, really liked this hotel. Welcoming and accommodating staff - free luggage storage but was able to check in slightly earlier than specified which saved alot of time and hassle. Lift and corridor decor was pretty looking. Felt really modern Great view in the corner room which was and upgrade HK has UK plugs which threw me as i just came from China Big tv Nice desk to get work done Wardrobe was a bit small but i didnt need to store anything in there Clean bathroom Quiet at night Quick check out at the entrance (card drop)

The room was quite spacious and clean. The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. Plus, they offer free breakfast, and while it's mainly bread, the drinks and coffee are really good!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hong Kong, not far from both the MTR station and the ferry terminal. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money. Although the room was a bit small, it was comfortable.

The location is great in Central that’s ok. The problem is that the price of the rooms in Hong Kong doesn’t follow the quality and the standards are quite low. Have to say that this hotel was the same story. The room was ok but definitely not worth that money. Room was dated, damaged, not fully functional, the service was friendly but not helpful when it comes to some basic stuff. Not good.
