Conveniently located. Close to the bus station for the airport, subway station and the ferry terminal. Downside is the room is too small. Very cramp
Response from Property: Dear customer, thank you for your support and recognition. The space for every inch of land is indeed relatively small. Please understand. Thank you

First, its very difficult to find. When I found and reached there, then no one was there, there were about 5 tiny rooms inside an apartment and all were unlocked. I reached there in time. There was number written there to call for out of hours. i called but the guy picked the phone and was only speaking chinese, and didnt understand any english. All rooms doors were unlocked so i found the room number 1 as per my reservation, and moved in that. It was so tiny room and walls were having cracked tiles and seepage etc. After 5 minutes a guy came and who doesnt knows english and was also talking rudely and told me that my reservation doesnt match with his record. after looking and finding for few minutes with him i showed my name listed in his book. Then he took us to another apartment which also have 5 rooms, and they were even smaller and in bad condition. He found that there is someone of their staff or another person he knew was sleeping in the room assigned to us. He knocked the door and asked him to come out. He came out half sleepy. He asked me all good now? I told him is not ok. room was not fresh. someone was already sleeping on the bed. condition was way diffrent then shown in photos. The bathroom was so tiny that one cant close the door if sitting on WC as it was so close to door. Hot water was not coming, and water pressure was too low. A terrible experience.
Response from Property: Hello, first of all, we are a homestay, not a large hotel. And in Hong Kong, where every inch of land is precious, every inch of space is very precious, so the rooms are relatively small. Due to the English speaking employees taking a vacation that day, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and cannot communicate quickly. The communication between employees and you is not about a bad attitude, but rather that our new immigrant employees in northern China speak more straightforwardly, with a clear and beautiful voice similar to our northern colleagues. There is no such thing as a bad attitude. Please understand. Due to poor language communication, there is a certain gap in understanding between both parties. Don't misunderstand, air conditioning, hot water, etc. are all normal. We have verified with our master. Thank you for your feedback and wish you a happy life!

This is one of the hardest places to review. Lots of good AND lots of bad.
The good: the price (it’s still very expensive by mainland standards, but a good deal by HK standards). The location — amazing and so convenient. Literally steps away from Tsim Sha Tsui metro station! The service — the woman who appears to own the hotel as well as the cleaning ladies were all very helpful and offered great service. The room offered no major cleanliness red flags and although small, was big enough to not feel too cramped and had decent storage space.
The bad: The bathroom had absolutely zero dry wet separation (I recognize this is normal among budget hotels in Asia, but still falls into the bad category). There was a man who worked there who — although he was nice to me — screamed at a customer who locked herself in her room and even kicked on her door aggressively. This was very unsettling. Also — my room had a very crappy curtain shade, with a window facing the hallway, making me feel like I was in a hospital room. The light in the hallway is on 24/7 so the room was always quite bright even at night. This severely disrupted my sleep schedule. There was always a weird smell in the room (hard to describe) but it wasn’t that bad. Due to how humid it was, the bedsheets always felt slightly wet, even if freshly changed, and I saw a few bugs in the room but not that concerning. The laundry machines were convenient to use overall but the clothes had a slight weird smell after using it. There were always people in the area making noises and kids running around, including one naked. It was difficult to speak to the staff without speaking Mandarin Chinese. Also, just to note that this is not a typical hotel, it is like a bunch of small apartments with a common space within a floor of a big building. A very strange and liminal space.
I have to say, I both love and hate this place. It may be one of the most liminal spaces in Hong Kong.
Response from Property: Dear customer, thank you for your support. Some customers mistakenly checked into other customers' room types, and after communication, they still forcibly occupied others, resulting in the scene you saw. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you again. Welcome back again, wish you a pleasant journey!

Rooms are very small, unable to keep and open even 1 bag . Just to stay in night is ok but staying but long is very hard. Location is nice down town. At this price better stay but far for comfortable sleep
Response from Property: Dear, I'm sorry. In Hong Kong, where everything is precious, the rooms are relatively small. Please understand, thank you!

The room, priced appropriately, met expectations. The manager, though only fluent in Chinese, was friendly. Daily room cleanliness was maintained, and amenities like air conditioners, water heaters, water dispensers, and hairdryers were provided. 👍🏻
Response from Property: Thank you

Location of this place is very convenient, super close to the metro station. The place was clean, wifi was working, I could come and leave at any time during the day and night, so it's a perfect place for those who come to Hong Kong to explore and just need a place to sleep and keep extra luggage.
Response from Property: Thank you

Response from Property: The cost of rooms in Hong Kong is very expensive, resulting in smaller rooms. Thank you very much for your understanding and support. Thank you
