Overall, a pretty good stay. The hotel is in the heart of Mong Kok, which makes getting around, shopping, and finding food super convenient. The room was well-cleaned, and the facilities were complete. The free WiFi was also stable. The rooftop pool offers excellent views, and the breakfast had a great variety of Western and Chinese options. The only downside is that the soundproofing for rooms facing the street isn't great; you can hear traffic noise at night. If you need a quiet room, I'd recommend asking the front desk for an inner-facing room when you check in.

Every time I visit Hong Kong, I stay here. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking not only to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei MTR stations, but also to the airport bus stop on Argyle Street, which is less than a ten-minute walk away. It's also very close to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Hong Kong Port, and Langham Place. Exploring the Mong Kok area and its many food options is a breeze from here.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied, especially considering the price for a location in the heart of Mong Kok. Langham Place is less than a 10-minute walk downstairs. The room was clean, though the facilities are definitely older but well-maintained. My only complaint would be that the bedding really needs to be replaced; it feels like it's been used for many, many years.

Such a delightful stay! The hotel is just a short walk downstairs to the bustling shopping street, so I got to eat well every day and even picked up some cosmetics I'd been eyeing! The room itself was cozy and clean, with a lovely view outside the window. Most importantly, the staff at the front desk were all incredibly warm and helpful, especially with calling taxis for me. On the day I checked out, I had a huge bag full of plushies, and the front desk gentleman even helped me load them into the car. I felt a bit embarrassed but so incredibly grateful! ´͈ ᵕ `͈

Upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn, I realized I had left a suitcase at the pick-up area while taking a private car. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the gentleman assisting me was incredibly helpful. He contacted the airport's lost and found for me and then provided directions to the airport and the exact location of the lost and found. After all that, I quickly rushed over and thankfully recovered my suitcase. A huge thank you to him! Regarding the hotel itself, the lobby was decent, but the room was a bit small, which was disappointing as I had been looking forward to relaxing at the hotel. Breakfast was also quite expensive with limited options, so I wouldn't recommend having breakfast here.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei MTR stations, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. I've stayed here multiple times already. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. I highly recommend it. The only downside during this stay was the limited soundproofing in the room. I suggest they consider establishing quiet floors.

The room was pretty clean and the location was great. The facilities were a bit old, but the service was excellent. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money. There are many banks nearby, which was very convenient for getting a Hong Kong SIM card, and lots of places to eat. It was a pleasant trip to Hong Kong.

Very close to Mong Kok MTR station, just a turn and a straight walk. Super convenient for shopping, eating, drinking, and exploring. Had a happy trip! The 1.2m bed is considered quite large for this area, happy with that.

The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk to Mong Kok station. They have laundry facilities, though only two machines. The price isn't bad. Overall, I'd still recommend it, especially since Hong Kong hotels are generally small, and this one actually has a 1.8-meter bed, which is a rare find! 😂
