There were some bed bugs on the bed and I got bitten. The duvet wasn't breathable. The air conditioning sometimes wouldn't turn down, making it too hot. Come here in winter. It got a bit better after the front desk helped with disinfection.

For a hotel costing over a thousand, and comparing it to other established five-star hotels at the same price point, this one is significantly worse. Aside from the front desk guy's good service, the rest of my stay was really unpleasant.

The hotel is about 300 meters from Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, which is very convenient. The room is a suite and quite spacious. Breakfast is voucher-based at nearby small restaurants.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! This was a client-requested hotel and the service was impeccable. The location is excellent, the surrounding area is very pleasant, and it's conveniently located for transportation.

The pictures are completely misleading; it's just a run-down old apartment. The room was terrible, and the hygiene was disgusting. There were stains on the sheets, and the floor wasn't even cleaned. The soundproofing was awful, with constant noise from next door. The room's internet didn't work either. 🤢 The staff were extremely rude and very unfriendly towards mainlanders. When checking out, the hotel illegally deducted a thousand yuan from my deposit. This place clearly preys on people from mainland China.

Seriously delayed check-in, and the room was still in such a mess after waiting.

The photos can’t tell how good the real condition is. I really like this family suite a lot. I stayed here very comfortably for 3 nights. Good shower with good water pressure and good shampoo conditional. Good location with walking distance to attractions nearby and also the ferry terminal to Macao. I will come back to stay here again in future.

we normally stay around the corner at another hotel, but this was a pleasant surprise, we appointed kitchen with tea/coffee nice space to lounge around and good TV, pleanty of space, the olny negative was the lack of "plugs" to plug and charge everyday appliances. Maybe a powerboard near the tv or bedroom

Third time staying here. Good location, easily access from airport. Surrounded by good food. Breakfast options at nearby restaurant is also good. The room is spacious

The staff is nice but the hotel... it was expensive and the suite looks huge in picture but is really narrow and bad architecture - and to finish in beauty : all the building around you see you day and night wherever you are in the room.. thats impossible... didn't appreciate that trip sorry

Excellent team at front desk. Helped with paying for taxi when phone wasn't working. Located in Sheung Wan which is further from Central where we normally stay. Central is a 10 min walk away. Stayed on a weekend and area was quiet. Schragels bagels across the road is amazing for New York style bagels. They supply all the high end hotels. Room was large for Hong Kong. The function of the spaces were good, a lounge with bench and table and out of view kitchenette galley - serves more as a serviced apartment than a hotel. Suits us fine. No frills. Bed was extremely comfortable. Linen was excellent. Great pillows. Wardrobe, whilst large, didn't have hangers and only one robe. We kept our suitcases in the lounge which took up a lot of space. 2 night stay and didn't see the point of unpacking. Bathroom marble is beautiful. High impact for small space. However, function of handles and doors is challenging. We got fingers pinched on bathroom door, shower door, wardrobe doors...unfortunately it's design over function and comfort in this regard. One note, there is no cool/cold water from the sink faucets in kitchen or bathroom. Mailen + Goetz shower amenities super lovely. Small difference that elevated our stay. Wish towels were as luxe as the bedding. I would stay again as the value was there and this area is a combination of commercial and residential so you do get relief on weekends from crowds. Antique street and good restaurants and cafes in the area. We used the laundry facility and it was clean and machines were excellent. Hong Kong is hot. You will need to wash your clothes. View is great. Easy to get an Uber. Gym was compact, clean and functional.

The room size is big. Easy to move around. Property is located in a good area. This is an apartment and not a hotel…

I checked out 5 days ago, and my deposit still hasn’t been refunded . The hotel is old and worn out. The phone in the room didn’t work at all, and the front desk was practically useless – no service, no help, nothing. Would not recommend. --- Feel free to adjust the tone or add more details as needed.
