Great location, very close to Victoria Harbour, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy. The owner was also very nice. For Hong Kong, the price is really good.

Experienced a 'door-closing' elevator [referring to a quick-closing door or a small, possibly older elevator], but overall it was good. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, this is already quite decent. I recommend staying here. It's very close to Tsim Sha Tsui, within walking distance.

Pretty good! The owner was very attentive and polite. No deposit was required. The room wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. The bedding was clean, and there was a window with a city view. The air conditioning was super powerful – even in summer, it felt cool without it running, and it was well-ventilated. We were a family, and two beds for three people worked perfectly. The main highlight is the excellent location; dining, parks, and shopping are all just a short walk away, and Victoria Harbour isn't far either. The location is definitely a big plus!

This hotel is right by the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit. You can see the building entrance as soon as you come out of Exit B. The hotel reception is on the 15th floor of the building. After checking in, the landlady will take you to your room. Depending on the floor, I was lucky to be on the 7th floor, which made going up and down easier. Honestly, accommodation in Hong Kong isn't great. With so many people and limited space, it's a given that you can't have both spacious rooms and low prices. My single room was about 6 square meters, which was actually better than some of the room types shared by other reviewers. Overall, the hotel was pretty clean, with a TV, air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi – perfectly fine for a short stay. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You step out and you're at the MTR station, making it easy to get anywhere. Around the building, there are banks, supermarkets, and malls, so you have dining and shopping all in one place. I must highlight that the hotel landlady is incredibly nice. She's warm, friendly, attractive, and very responsive. During my stay, I washed my clothes three times, and she readily agreed each time without any hesitation, allowing me to have dry clothes every day in humid and hot Hong Kong. I'm really grateful for that.

The sound of dripping water from the upstairs vent made it very hard to sleep. I was really suffering. After I reported it the first time, the hotel gave me some soft earplugs, but they were useless. The second time I reported it through the platform, the hotel blocked the vent with two towels, and I was finally able to get some sleep, though it was almost 2 AM by then.

Environment: The environment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Service: The service was warm and thoughtful. Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. It's also very close to the Avenue of Stars.

Booked this for a friend's family. Great value for money. The rooms are small, which is typical for Hong Kong, but perfectly adequate. The facilities are comprehensive, including complimentary bottled water and a free self-service laundry room. They said the location was fantastic, very close to the MTR, making it convenient to go anywhere. The surrounding areas also seemed to have good places to explore. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
