You only need to go to the Wellcome Supermarket at Exit C of the subway to buy ingredients for cooking or barbecue. The hotel only provides stoves and tableware, kitchen utensils, power supplies, etc. The shuttle bus time is the latest provided by the hotel. They will send information the day before check-in. Remember to pay attention, the old ones online are not accurate. Opposite the minibus station is a supermarket and Jollibee Filipino fast food restaurant. We recommend the chicken legs and burgers there. The hotel was established earlier and the exterior has not been renovated, but the inside is still clean, especially there are many sockets, even the cabinets are full of hidden secrets, and the lockers have a lot of space. If it is not the peak season, the front desk will arrange a larger room. For example, we booked a room for 4 people, but they were willing to upgrade us to a 6-person room without extra charge. I also forgot to return my key, and they were accommodating in the end. Several people in our group were invited to eat watermelon and barbecue by guests, and the guests were very generous. When the weather is nice, we walk down the mountain and take bus No. 1 to the Central Pier. It takes 20 minutes, which is quite fast. The last bus to go up the mountain is at 19:30. However, if you miss it, you can take a taxi from Gaode, which costs about HK$48. (2) On weekends, you may encounter group gatherings with classmates, which will be a bit noisy until about 1 a.m. (3) You can reserve barbecue ingredients (about HK$300) from the YHA official website. Because I didn't read the instructions carefully when booking the hotel, I originally needed to pay a membership fee of 150 yuan, but the sister didn't charge us. In the end, she upgraded our room for free. After taking a rest in the afternoon, I took a 19-seat bus down the mountain to Kennedy Town in the evening to eat Xingzhou fried rice and got drunk in the sunset. After returning to the youth hostel, I sat on the open balcony, accompanied by the breeze and beer, and enjoyed the night view of both sides of Victoria Harbor.
