The hotel is located right in the center of Mong Kok, between Mong Kok Station and Yau Ma Tei Station. This location is very convenient for transportation, easy to take the metro or bus. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Right in front of the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven. The hotel looks nice and is easy to find. It has a small garden on the 4th floor, where you can sit. The room is good for Hong Kong. Yeah, it’s small, but everything is clean. The bathroom is good, it’s not really old. The view from the window was good. The bed is comfortable, but if you’re tall, like 190+, it’s kinda small. In general, it’s fine. They don’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste, but you can buy them at reception. At least they provide slippers. Service is good, and the price for the hotel isn’t bad. It’s competitive for HK.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Mong Kok. However, the room was extremely small and had a strange odor. Also, getting online was quite difficult as the internet here is very slow.

I really like the location and the hotel. It is easy accessible to the airport and the main attraction in MK. Especially short stay is perfect for solo traveler.

Easy to locate and they were all friendly :) they communicate well. And big thanks to the housekeeper who keeps our room clean everyday +10 Will definitely go back soon!!!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a great view. Unfortunately, that was probably the only good thing about my room, as the overall experience was not very pleasant. The main reason I’m giving this hotel a low rating is because of one female receptionist with pink hair. Her attitude made our experience at the hotel much worse. She came across as very rude and dismissive toward guests. She could speak English, but she spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand. When I politely asked her to repeat what she had said, instead of explaining it again patiently, she gave us a very unfriendly and disrespectful expression. In my opinion, working at the front desk requires patience, politeness, and good communication skills, especially when dealing with international guests. Unfortunately, her attitude did not reflect these qualities at all. The hotel itself may have some good points, especially the view from my room, but the attitude of this particular staff member seriously affected my overall experience. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and provide better customer-service training for the front desk staff.

Strategic location to Ladies Night Market, Nearer to MTR, subway and bus stop. Easy to find

The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient, being very close to the subway station which made getting around easy. The front desk staff, especially the lady, had excellent service and even upgraded our room type. I'll definitely go back if I have the chance.

Hotel location is good and fine for short stay . Room is clean and provide basic stuffs only. Also , there are many restaurants nearby .

Pros: Very clean, great location! Cons: Starting from 11 PM until dawn, there was a continuous splashing and running water sound from the room ceiling throughout the night. It was intermittent and completely prevented me from sleeping! This is my honest experience. The price was great, but a good price is only good if you can actually get some sleep. I don't mind if the hotel room is small or a bit cramped, and occasional noise is bearable, but a whole night of constant noise is unacceptable, no matter how cheap it is. I advise everyone to book a slightly more expensive room where you can get a quiet night's sleep. I've learned my lesson too. 😃

They have power outlets that work with mainland China plugs. The front desk said they upgraded our room. Overall, it's pretty similar to a budget hotel in mainland China, looks new and clean. It's very close to the subway and main roads. Although Ctrip said luggage storage wasn't available, the front desk proactively asked if we needed it, which was nice.

As we stroll along tree-lined paths, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the birdsong and fragrant flowers, our minds also find peace. Such an environment not only provides us with a comfortable living space but also nourishes the growth of all living things. Let us start with small actions around us, collectively maintain this beautiful home, and leave a clear blue sky and clean waters for future generations. Overall a good stay, super convenient location, smooth staff service and great wifi connection. Tiny rooms. Note that, there's no do not disturb sign or button, you must request no room service at the counter in order to be not woken up. Other minor things to note, the bathroom does not have wet and dry areas separately. The hot water button must be switched on 10-15 minutes before shower. And it must be switched off afterwards, otherwise hot water will leak out at the bottom of the sink to avoid over boiling. There's no shower gel and shampoo included, but this could be purchased at the counter cheaply.
