I really loved the cozy and harmonious atmosphere of this hotel, even though it's still undergoing renovations. I'm very grateful to the front desk lady who helped me with both check-in and check-out this time. They even placed me on a quiet floor, just as I prefer! The location is also excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the transportation was convenient. The air was fresh, the air conditioning was cold enough, and the hot water was hot enough. The service was attentive. It would be even more perfect if there were power outlets on the bedside table. Five-star recommendation.

The room was clean and tidy with a great sea view, overlooking Victoria Harbour. Breakfast was good too. Despite many tour groups, the staff were very responsive to all requests, which was a nice touch. It was also a plus that they spoke Mandarin.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Austin MTR station, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also right next to Kowloon Park, which is great for a stroll. The breakfast spread was good too. Highly recommend.

It was okay, quite clean, nothing fancy, but perfectly liveable for me and my child. When traveling, I don't expect luxury; cleanliness is my top priority, as I always worry about staying in unhygienic places. So, this was good, I'm satisfied. The room even came with toothbrushes, toothpaste, and some snacks, which was a nice touch. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very convenient, and it's also close to the subway station.

The room and hotel hallway had a damp smell. The bedding hygiene needs improvement; as soon as I lay down, my hands and feet started itching and turning red, probably due to dust mites. The cleaning was not up to par. However, the location is quite convenient, very close to Kowloon Station – right outside the exit. Getting to popular lines like Jordan Station requires about a five-minute walk. The air conditioning in the hotel lobby needs to be turned up. In this weather, walking back from outside, the lobby still felt quite hot and not cool at all.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with excellent transport links nearby. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area. Perfect for both business trips and holidays, making it incredibly easy to get around. Staying here was such a smart choice!
