Mini Hotel Causeway Bay

Nice hotel ambience at the basement reception area. The room is relatively larger and clean. Good budget during non peak season and will definitely visit again.

Best location easy to find good location not dirty stuff friendly

A pillow has weird pollution on it and the room was too small compared to the cost. There’s no shampoo, treatment, soap, slippers etc. AC wind smells weird.

The hotel location is great! Rooms are clean and tidy . We check in late at night with the 24 hours reception and the staff in mini causeway bay hotel is very nice. Overall experience was better than last year.

The service was good. The people were nice. The facilities were also good. The room was quiet. The decorations make the hotel very cool. I didn't know they had food at this hotel.

We booked here same day before our stay. The room was small but clean. and we didn’t expect that it was really like a mini hotel. But maybe they can make their room soundproof because we can hear the noise from the room next to us.

Me and one of my friend booked 2 room with same room size, which are both 11m square. The price we paid are different, which me paid RM 150 more expensive than her (understood price up and down maybe due to some factors) BUT we get totally different room size??? (1st and 2nd pic was my room) & (3rd pic was her room). I am wonder why the price I paid more high and we both booked the same room type but why I get smaller room than her??? We speak out our doubts to hotel in charge person and at least they are willing to help to change the room for us without additional charge.
