This hotel is very old and it looks like it too. The DEI policy is working out for the hotel. Never have I seen so many Dumb Elderly Ignorant staff in one place. Probably won't stay there again.

Hotel location is superb,walking distance to the Victoria Harbour,Avenue of Star,Hongkong Museum of Art and shopping mall.
Hotel room is big,clean and cozy.
We booked 1 family room and is quite big for 4 of us.
Hotel amenity is excellent.
Receptionist staff is nice and helpfull,thank you for the staff name is Cristall that assist&give full attention for our needed (changed the room).
Very appreciated!
Beside the hotel is garden,you can easy find the shop and store.
Will come again for next holiday in Hongkong

The hotel location is good and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is spacious and has 2 Queen size beds 👍

Location is good, this is the only hotel in TST offer 2 queen size bed. Very good for family !

Hotel is old but still ok for not so fussy travellers like us. Location is very good, near to many attractions, if you are ok to walk, it is 'walking distance' to Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR and also the ferry Harbour.
As we checked in late, the room we booked is no longer available so we had to upgrade to a larger suite with a king size bed. Room is very spacious considering that it's HK... So the stay was comfortable.

Check-in was not smooth as we were delayed so I checked in first, followed by my spouse 3 hours later and they couldn't find her name on the booking! Clean room but bathroom looks old and not renovated compared to the room. And there is no bathrobes in the room.
