Extremely satisfied with this stay! Although I didn't get to use the pool, I was upgraded to a suite, so I didn't experience the typical 'small Hong Kong room' feeling at this Mong Kok location. It was also incredibly clean and comfortable, with no strange smells whatsoever. The bathtub was absolutely heavenly.

Great location, terrible service. I booked almost a month in advance and specifically requested not to be placed in a room at the end of the corridor. When checking in, the front desk staff looked at their computer and said they could assign me a room next to an end room. They then consulted the manager, who refused, claiming the hotel was full and that all rooms of the type I booked were 'end rooms.' They even suggested I book a different room type next time. The contradiction was obvious, and my request was completely ignored. Extremely disappointing.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a great experience. The surrounding area has convenient shopping and dining, and transportation is a breeze. I arrived quite late on the day of my check-in, and the front desk staff was very polite and even upgraded me to a suite.

The room was very clean, and the staff were professional and helpful. They offer luggage storage, which is a big plus. The location is excellent, right near Mong Kok East MTR station, and you can directly access the mall from the lobby.

The room was very clean and quiet. What stood out the most was its convenient location. Right downstairs is the New Century Plaza, which is great for shopping, and there are many restaurant choices. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied!

The room was a bit dim with no sunlight. It's relatively close to the subway, and there's a mall right next door with plenty of food and drink options. They did inform me beforehand that my floor required climbing one flight of stairs. The occupancy rate seemed high. Self-checkout was very convenient.

They provide disposables, towels, and a hot water kettle, and I can tell they're constantly improving their services based on guest feedback, catering well to the needs of mainland Chinese travelers. It's also close to the subway, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it a very convenient location.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's accommodation environment. I arrived very late on the day of check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a 77-square-meter family suite for free. The facilities were all new, clean, and hygienic. The staff were also very patient and helpful in guiding me with directions. I'll probably choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The hotel is located above the MOKO shopping mall, offering convenient access to various shops and a wide selection of dining options, including a Yata supermarket on the 5th floor. Transportation is also a breeze, as it's directly connected to Mong Kok East Station; you can take the escalator to the lobby and walk through the mall straight to the MTR. If you have luggage or are traveling with children, I recommend booking through Ctrip for a private car transfer, which will be much more convenient. You can also walk to Mong Kok via a covered walkway, and Langham Place is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel housekeeping is excellent, and the room service staff, front desk, and bellhops are all very polite. We booked a family twin room with two 1.5-meter beds. Given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious. The only downside was the weak shower pressure, and the bathtub was pretty useless. When showering inside it, there was very little standing room, and the drain was a bit clogged, causing the water to drain slowly and accumulate.
