Great Room With Great View of the Harbour. Good location to get around for my business meetings.

Very clean hotel room, great room service, got a free birthday cake when staying there on the birthday day. Got free upgraded to a bigger suite too. I wish they provide hair conditioner on top of shampoo. Overall is really nice!

Everything is good, but they don’t provide any toothbrushes. I will visit again.

The room is clean. Nice pool and gym, a big choices of the sport equipments in the gym. The staff is friendly. But it's bad that there is not even a small bottle of water in a hotel of this level. Cleaning room every day

The hotel is huge, but it’s really not a five star hotel. The check-in process is crazy, people stand in lines to check in for hours, so be smart and just go directly to the receptionists ignoring their bickering about the checking time and reception opening time. The hotel doesn’t provide water and usual shower necessities in the rooms (the say they do it for the Earth protection against plastic), however, you can purchase all that at the reception. The room design seems nice to the eyes until you actually start using the room as it lacks closet space and storage space in general. However, if you choose a room with harbor view (we stayed at the new tower block on 33rd floor) you won’t notice all the minors ‘cause the view is really stunning. The fitness center could be renewed and the pool could be cleaner. The breakfast selection is various, but it lacks European food and provides yes mainly with Chinese and some Indian meals. The breakfast buffet is open from 7 AM to 10 AM, so keep in mind that if you are even one minute late you won’t be allowed to the restaurant.  The location of the hotel is not really central, it’s about 2 km away from all the activities, however, it’s close to the big bus station and to the metro. And there is also a big promenade right outside the hotel that leads you along the Victoria Harbor to the Stars Alley, K11 mall, Hong Kong museum of Art and the ferry pier.

Location is perfect. Quiet and relaxing with beautiful views of the harbour. Also close to more busy areas such as Mong Kok and close to ferry departure points that take you directly to Central. Whampoa metro station is walking distance from the hotel and taxis are easy to catch right outside the door. The room is stunning and clean. Very modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Checkin is busy so be prepared to wait. Restaurant in the hotel serves incredible food with stunning views. Amazing pool and fitness center.

I like the hotel so much. Everything was so aesthetic and beautiful. The staff was super friendly. They were helpful and I like the hotel so much. I highly recommend people to come and visit the place. The hotel is nice.

got upgraded to suits room. The service was nice and their actions were quick. However the food is average and there’s not many options. The view was spectacular.

Horrendous suite. No closet for suitcase. No place to hang jackets e) on entry.. big blank wall where either that or table and chairs should be. Extension cords strung for anything I wanted plugged in. Made rooms smaller.. same furniture..nothing matching.. their key card shows lovely suite 🧬 ving room. Wonder which hotel it is in! Did make me delicious beautiful breakfasts Have yet to contact me to compensate for boxes for storage theoretically thrown out during pandemic

The location of this hotel and view from the room is amazing. Breakfast is perfect 👌. But! To my great surprise, there was no bottle of water and bathroom set in the room. I had to buy a toothbrush at the lobby for $10. And the second point is that I booked a room with an area of 32 m2, and they provided 24m2. In these two points, the hotel was disappointed.

Situated in a residential area and surrounded by quite a lot of F&B outlets. Close to MTR station. Room is clean and cozy environment. Price is fair as compared with other hotels in HK.

We love staying in this hotel. My kids love this hotel. Everytime we are in HK we always stay here. I love the room and amenities. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We always get the best view of the harbour. Will definitely stay in this hotel.
