The room was pretty good, and the hotel breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the multi-adapter and the toothbrush and slippers provided. The biggest draw for us was the convenient location – there's a mall downstairs with plenty of dining and shopping options, and it's super close to Mong Kok Station. Minor hiccup: After checking out and leaving Hong Kong, I realized I'd left my headphones in the room. I called the hotel, and they did find them. However, customer service said they couldn't mail them to me, even if I offered to pay for shipping upon delivery. Since I don't have any friends going to Hong Kong soon to pick them up, I unfortunately had to give up on them.

Overall, it was pretty good. The single bed was a bit too narrow though, I could barely turn over. The gym was decent, and the spa was very professional. Enjoying tea on the top floor with the Hong Kong view was absolutely perfect.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Langham Place is right downstairs, making shopping and dining super convenient. It's also not a long taxi ride to Disneyland. A special thanks to the front desk for the birthday cake – after a tiring day at Disneyland, coming back to my room and seeing the cake was a really lovely and heartwarming surprise!

Great for families with children. The breakfast was good and the location is convenient for getting around. The room was clean and the service was good. I would definitely come back again.

The Executive Lounge service was excellent, offering separate breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening light meals. The rooftop pool has a great view too. Plus, there's a direct walkway from downstairs to Langham Place, which is super convenient. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, I'll definitely choose this hotel again for its good value for money.

Right across from Langham Place, directly accessible from the MTR station exit. The hotel lobby is just across the road. The location is truly authentic; you can wander around downstairs, and everything within a few kilometers feels familiar, giving off that old Hong Kong vibe. The main thing is the excellent location and great service. Next time I visit Hong Kong, this will definitely be my first choice again.

The hotel is right above Langham Place, offering a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Mong Kok MTR station also provides easy access to the hotel. For Hong Kong standards, the room with three beds was quite spacious. The hotel amenities were good too, they even provided a kids' bathrobe and slippers. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
