The room was very clean, the environment was great, and the breakfast was also excellent. The service was absolutely fantastic.

Easy check-in, just 20 seconds downstairs. The room was spacious, the pool was small, but breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Exhibition Centre MTR station and also very close to Wan Chai Ferry Pier. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping them clean. All the staff are very polite.

The hotel offers butler service, and the location is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and the service was excellent. On the day of arrival, we received a welcome gift of cake and fruit, and turn-down service included an eye mask. Communicating one-on-one with the butler via WeChat was very convenient. It was a very pleasant travel and stay experience!

This was my first stay at a St. Regis property, and I chose the St. Regis Hong Kong. I was a bit worried about a potential language barrier, as I'd read online that communication within the hotel was primarily in English. However, my concerns were completely put to rest after checking in. The service was excellent; they thoroughly explained all the hotel facilities and their functions. The afternoon tea was delicious, and the breakfast also left a very strong impression on me!

The St. Regis has yet to disappoint, especially when it comes to breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! 👍 My wife and I were here for a business trip (it's perfect for a getaway without kids). At this caliber, the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. (One small suggestion: perhaps a heads-up about the room's fragrance. Not all guests appreciate it, but it could be moved to a cupboard.) The service from all departments was excellent, especially the concierge. We were going for dinner a short distance away and couldn't find a taxi, so they arranged a hotel car for us. When we returned, they warmly greeted us and asked about our dining experience, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

Had a fantastic stay! It was so peaceful, without any noisy crowds. I absolutely loved the elegant and understated decor. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants at the hotel are definitely worth trying. Breakfast was à la carte, with exquisite dishes and just the right portion sizes. Plus, there wasn't a constant stream of people walking around. Even though the restaurant isn't huge, everything was very well organized. All the hotel staff I encountered this time were incredibly nice, especially the housekeeping staff who were so warm and thoughtful. The gym staff and restaurant servers were also excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again!

It’s a clean and luxurious hotel with many positive qualities. However, I believe there are several improvements that could elevate the experience even further.

The overall hotel environment is great and very quiet. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Exhibition Centre Station and Wan Chai Station. You can even use the skybridge directly, so no worries about rainy weather. If you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take the Star Ferry, as it's very close to the pier. The hotel's breakfast is fantastic; it's à la carte, with Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, plus some additional items you can order. Personally, I find this more convenient than a buffet. I highly recommend the Japanese salmon set! The in-room dining menu is also excellent. The room is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, with two 1.5-meter single beds, making it family-friendly when traveling with kids. The hotel also provides unlimited complimentary drinks and snacks daily, which is a huge plus! They can even provide milk for children. Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement in the details. I had requested baby amenities and a cot in advance, but when we got to the room, none of them were prepared. The cot installation afterward wasn't professional either; the bars weren't secured into the mattress, and the bedding wasn't neatly arranged, with the mattress and bed frame showing, which wasn't a very pleasant sight.

This hotel is located in the heart of Wan Chai, right next to the Convention and Exhibition Centre. It's just a short walk to the Golden Bauhinia Square and the shopping paradise of Causeway Bay. It's incredibly convenient for both business travelers and tourists, with easy access to taxis and the MTR.

The staffs are the best of the best. They are very well trained because they are very professional, polite and friendly. The butler service are a great experience as you can text them and request tea, which they brewed for you. I ordered them at midnight and they replied my request in no time. The room is very quiet and sound proof.

The breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent. I still miss waking up early in Wan Chai and having that warm latte ☕.

The room had two 1.5-meter beds, which was really practical. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. It was a comfortable experience overall, and I would definitely stay here again.
