The service was excellent. When my original room wasn't ready at 3 PM, they proactively upgraded me to a higher category. Room service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant service was comprehensive and polite. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to staying again.

During check in Jay was great and friendly. Thank you for giving me the free upgrade as it was my birthday on 23/5. And I am surprise with the slice of cake too. Thank you Room was clean and big. And nice harbour view. Desmond Lee was present during my checkout and he did ask me how was my stay. He did apologise for the below mentioned. But my feedback is not to get anything free from the hotel. Being No1 hotel in 2025. I was disappointed. I am sure the team can do better. Tech fix the flashing light without clearing the carpet. I need to call for Svc on 22/5. The hotel did compliment me with a box of chocolate. Apple for refreshment was not fresh. There was a cut. Bfast - foods quality can be better. 23/5 bfast was good especially the pan cakes. However on the 24/4 Fried rice and veg was cold. Given the feedback to the waitress

The room felt very spacious and open, with great facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service. The bathroom had a unique and stylish design, and the air conditioning control panel was quite distinctive. My only minor suggestion would be for the service staff to speak a little louder.

Service was all good except not providing new amenities daily. Was hoping to collect those to use while traveling to places that provide not good quality of amenities. Like toothbrush tooth paste cotton buds with traveling size etc. after all very nice stay and beautiful room. 40F lounge is very nice.

Spacious room with a beautiful harbour view, comprehensive amenities like swimming pool, gym, spa and lots of in-house dining options. Staff were lovely too.

The views, location, and room amenities are definitely top-notch in Hong Kong. Everything else is hard to say; it feels like all the money went into the decor and the prime location. Just come for the experience, I guess. My number one hotel is still the Raffles in Singapore.

Came to Hong Kong for the May Day holiday with my family of three, and I think Rosewood is excellent overall. The facilities are quite new, and the hotel's design and decor are absolutely beautiful. The room view is amazing!!! Every staff member was incredibly professional and warm, I loved it 🥰 It happened to be my husband's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a greeting card and a delicious small cake 🍰 Will definitely choose Rosewood again next time.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The room offered breathtaking panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, like a beautiful painting come to life. It was spacious and comfortable, with every amenity one could wish for. The Spanish restaurant, Bayfare Social, on the fifth floor was exceptional, with its charming ambiance, delicious flavors, and stunning views – truly unforgettable. The service was attentive, polite, and genuinely warm. The Rosewood Hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

Staying here felt uniquely relaxing. It's not the usual stiffness of a business hotel or the looseness of a typical resort; it's more like a gentle embrace, a 'hidden gem in the city.' As you turn off the bustling Nathan Road into the hotel's driveway, the noise instantly fades. The room size is a luxury by Hong Kong Island standards. The enormous floor-to-ceiling windows transform the Victoria Harbour skyline into a living mural. The soft earth tones, velvet and leather accents, and books about Hong Kong on the shelves make it feel as comfortable as a friend's home. The bedding is exquisite, and the lighting is meticulously designed – no harsh glare, just warm, layered illumination. Breakfast is à la carte; I enjoyed eggs Benedict with a sea view. In the evening, I'd head to DarkSide for jazz, where the bartender crafted cocktails based on my mood. If I didn't feel like going downstairs, room service was prompt and excellent. The best part is the direct elevator access to K11 Musea, meaning you can step out and explore art exhibitions or grab a bite at Ichiran Ramen. It's a seamless transition between vibrant city life and tranquility. The sixth floor's Asaya feels more like a lifestyle center, complete with a shallow pool, thermal baths, and meditation spaces. Before a spa treatment, you can choose your preferred essential oils and music, and the therapists are incredibly gentle. Lounging on a chair, gazing at the sea view, time just seemed to stand still.

The environment is great, the sea view is beautiful, and the service is excellent with a very good attitude. The breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely come again next time.

Came here with sky-high expectations, thinking it was a top-tier hotel, but was disappointed to find dust all over the sofa. The sofa itself was saggy, and the room's design was quite odd. Didn't really interact with the service much, so no strong feelings there. However, based on the facilities and cleanliness, I definitely wouldn't recommend it for couples traveling together.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient. The room itself is fantastic, with tasteful furnishings and great amenities, both in terms of decor and facilities. Plus, the room offers direct sea views, which is very relaxing and enjoyable. It's really good!

The room itself was fantastic, with stunning views perfect for watching the sunrise. I really liked the room's slightly retro British design. I tried three restaurants: The Manor Club, Butterfly Garden, and The Rosewood Cafe. I'd recommend the first two. The service at The Rosewood Cafe (which also serves as the breakfast venue) was quite mediocre; it often felt understaffed. If you went for breakfast a bit later, you'd have to queue, but if you went too early, there'd be no one to assist you.
