The room was very unhygienic. The sheets hadn’t been changed, and I got bitten by mites on my legs. It was also extremely noisy at night, so I couldn’t sleep. I will never stay here again.

Introduce this hotel officer very kind , room clean confortable ,safe, have many room to choose have lady room and cheap price , hotel is central in Tsim sha jui , have shopping mall , near habour , victorai bay, very near mrt subway and bus stop to airport. I 'm glad to booking this hotel receiption take care customer like the family . if walk around 5-10 mins you can find nice views form victorai bay landmark every thing is easy to travel if u booked this hotel . thank you so much. I will book this here next time again .

Dont set high expectations, even though this property is advertised as a Family Room for up to 6 people. Beds extremely small and not suitable for 6 guests. It was quite uncomfortable for our group. Access to the hotel is convenient, as the elevator queue is very long and you've to wait just to go up. What disappointed us that we originally booked a different room, and upon arrival we were informed that's was fully booked. We were redirected to stay here instead. There's no notification from Trip.com and no compensation was offered for this inconvenience. Guest deserve transparency, proper communication, and accountability when changes like the occur.

The room offers great value for money, probably one of the best in Chungking Mansions. The complimentary drinking water at the entrance was a nice touch. Plus, the hotel manager was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room, which made for a really pleasant stay.

All location is very good. Staff is very nice. They have a free drinking water very comfortable sleep. Aircon is very cold. The weather is in Hongkong is very nice. Also, the room was very clean. It’s center of the country. Location is very convenient to go everywhere when you come from the airport you can take the bus A21

It was a pleasure stay. Just that they don’t allow early check in. We arrive Hong Kong around 4am, and have to wait until other guest come check out then only can check in. It’s HK, so obviously the room is not spacious, Despite that, the hotel is well located, even if the building itself looked like an Indian Market what is surprising when you entered in…! The room was quite clean even if some ants were present nearby the refrigerator The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful

We chose this place because it was affordable and in a good location, but the hot shower didn’t work and the air conditioner was very dirty. It’s really not suitable for a family stay. We should’ve spent a bit more and picked a better place.

This is a motel/hostel, not a hotel—the advertisement is misleading. The listed price is very high (over HKD 1,000, even with a 40%+ discount). I paid approximately HKD 650, which still isn’t worth it for this property—you can find much better accommodation for that price. The building is very dusty and outdated. The bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom had fixtures held together with sticky tape. There was no space to store luggage. The TV remote didn’t work, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The only good thing is staff friendly.
