It's awful. The hotel is located in a run-down, mixed-race building filled with Indians and blacks. There's no front desk, check-in is remote, and contact information isn't prompt. Worst of all, the toilet didn't flush. The air conditioner is so loud that I can't sleep on it, and I'll wake up from the heat if I don't. The soundproofing is also poor; I can hear people next door using their phones. Several hotels in this building are run by the same people, so be careful and don't stay there!

Overall, it's convenient, reasonably priced, and located in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui district, convenient for both dining and shopping. As for the room amenities, they're just "sleep-worthy." The room lacks any other space.
