It's surprising they don't have a sign up anywhere on the 12th floor. You have to go right up to the door in the corner to see any sign that this room is the guesthouse. Strange.
The room is tiny, but can't expect much more in HK for a few hundred dollars. It has all you need for a good night's sleep. One night is definitely enough though.
Anyway, friendly lady running the place and the location is absolutely perfect for Kowloon West station.

First of all, I think this is what you would expect from a cheap hotel in Hong Kong. Easy access to Austin and Jordan. The staff speaks Cantonese well and can't use a translation app, but I felt they were very kind and tried to treat us well.
I checked in at this guesthouse, but was shown to a room in another guesthouse nearby. The photos of the room are not false. The air conditioner and ventilation fan are noisy. In the summer, you'll have to choose between noise and temperature. The toilet and shower can be used without any problems, but there is a slight smell.

When we arrived at the intersection, the landlord greeted us downstairs and was very warm. He also enthusiastically introduced that water heaters and water dispensers can be used. The next day we stored our luggage and had a day of free travel. Go to West Kowloon and take the high-speed rail back to the mainland. It is also very close to the high-speed rail station. The shower head is leaking and dripping. Why doesn't the boss fix it if he already knows it? The plastic basin is ready! It's quite noisy, especially when the streetcars blow up in the early morning. There are quite a few small restaurants downstairs, and the subway is convenient.
