Tong Luo Wan Hostel

During my recent stay at a hostel, I had a great experience and would definitely like to come back again. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was big, offering ample space and all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was also well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, making it easy for me to prepare meals whenever I wanted (I have a stomach problem) The staff at the hostel were incredibly polite and friendly, always happy to help with any requests that I had. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home during my stay. The location of the hostel is also worth mentioning. It is situated just 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. Additionally, there is a night bus (n11 bus) that runs directly to the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight without any hassle. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Considering the low price paid for the accommodation, it is understandable that certain compromises in service quality may exist. While the room was clean, the issues with amenities, toilet floor drain overflow, unclear directions, difficulties in accessing the building, and problems with the room key were notable drawbacks. In conclusion, the unit (no. 901) @ Hong Kong Mansion Causeway Bay provided an affordable stay. However, the cluttered corridor and unclear signage at reception (Pheonix Mansion), challenges with accessing the building, malfunctioning amenities, and issues with the room key at Hong Kong Mansion detracted from the overall experience. Considering the price, it's important to keep expectations in check.

It's okay

Not a friendly location. You check in to other building trabsfer again and again. No reception area. The smell so bad.

It is near to the causeway bay metro station. Easy to go to the main attractions. Good for one or two days. Exterior is not good. It is located in an old building. They have good rooms in the middle of a messy area. Once you pass the door to the rooms then you really feel that you are in a hotel. Rooms are not bad however the price is extremely high compared to other hotels. Price is overrated. The girl from the front desk was nice and helpful.

Good enough for the money. Great if you're just passing by and need a place to sleep for a couple of hours. A bit hard to find at first, but after a bit of looking around and looking on Google maps was able to find it.

It's good for the price. However the room was a little smelly. Biggest plus is the location

Its really bad,we've book 1 week early, and the lady that cant understand English said they dont have room! We waited almost 1 hr. to checkin... The Aircon its really hot... the door key card its not working .. We have to go back to the Lobby to ask to opened our room! Its so annoying, my partner is so mad... no toiletries...😡😡😡😡😡

The room is quite nice and i get the upgrade Room is clean and just check out time too fast
