I stay in this hotel staff also co operative clean room little old but better

The hotel is located on a slope, which can be a bit challenging if you're carrying heavy luggage or if you're elderly, infirm, or have disabilities. The most unbearable part was the extremely slow and unreliable Wi-Fi in the room. Additionally, there was a persistent foul odor coming from the bathroom drain (no wonder there was a strong disinfectant smell upon entering the room). I somewhat regret choosing this place.

This place is great for both business trips and family vacations. It's super close to the Hong Kong border, and there are tons of good restaurants nearby. Even if you arrive late at night, you'll still find delicious food around! Transportation is also very convenient.

I booked it last minute, and for this price in this area of Hong Kong, it's pretty good value for money. The room is very typical Hong Kong style – you can barely open your suitcase. The window is so narrow you'd have to sleep curled up. The bathroom facilities are fine, and it's environmentally friendly that you need to bring your own toiletries. I still give the hotel's location a like.

This place is terrible. The hotel discriminates against mainland Chinese people. Because I was traveling alone and from mainland China, they held my deposit. The front desk and the cleaning staff together falsely accused me of burning a circular mark into their pillow. I came back very late that day, and the pillow already had that mark. They still insisted that since it appeared during my stay, I was responsible. They were completely unreasonable. Before check-out, they insist on inspecting the room before they'll agree to refund the deposit. However, the previous guest, who was Caucasian, didn't have a room inspection; they just checked out directly. This hotel clearly fawns over foreigners.

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The hotel's hygiene was impeccable; the room was spotless and odor-free, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The location is superb, making it convenient for getting around and dining. With full amenities and great value for money, I highly recommend it!

Maybe i didn't read the reviews or description properly. It did not come with shampoo and soap. Which you had to pay for. Kind of waste of time, that you had to go to reception and ask and pay for it. Was surprised also you had to pay a bond in cash just a few days before booking. Of which you must keep the receipt otherwise you will not it back. I never had this before for hotel, could they not just charge it on the credit card and reverse the charge.

Considering Hong Kong's standards, the rooms in this hotel are quite spacious and very clean. You can store your luggage first and then come back to check in later. It's about a 15-minute walk to the MTR station, and there are many great food options nearby, so you won't have to worry about finding meals for the whole day.

The room was very basic. The 'king-size bed' was actually two twin beds pushed together, and the raised edges in the middle were really uncomfortable. The mattress was also very hard, and the blanket was thin. Cleanliness: There was a cigarette butt in the drain cover. A heads-up to everyone: This hotel doesn't accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, or credit cards for the check-in deposit. The front desk said the deposit must be paid in cash (RMB or HKD). Luckily, I managed to scrounge up 800 RMB from what I had, otherwise I would have had to go out and find a place to exchange cash. 😅

Great value for money. The room size was decent, though the bedding wasn't the best, but that's expected for the price. The location is on a hillside, which is fine for young people, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with family.

Pros: Clean; good location; has windows; decent value for money in Hong Kong. Cons: Small; requires a HKD 1000 cash deposit; there's a big slope, which is tiring with luggage; the front desk only allows luggage storage until 9 AM, stating a HKD 100 fine if exceeded (they don't tell you upfront, it seems negotiable). You also need to keep the deposit receipt safe, as losing it incurs a HKD 25 fine. Summary: Recommended for those who don't have high expectations for accommodation and are traveling without luggage.

The hotel is located on the middle part of a small hill and it takes about 10 minutes walking time to the Tsimshatsui metro station. The are many restaurants and bar at the nearby area. Room is clean and tidy.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, hands down. It's worse than a 50 RMB budget inn in a provincial capital in mainland China. The window in the room was drafty, there were no amenities whatsoever, and slippers cost 10 HKD, cash only. For the same price as the Hotel Pravo across the street, the accommodation and service here are a world apart! The short, dark-skinned front desk attendant spoke broken Mandarin and had a look of disdain for mainland guests. I've used Ctrip for 20 years, and I never expected to find a hotel like this on their website!
