The environment was better than expected, and the sheets and duvet covers were clean. Plenty of hot water, no mosquitoes, and the temperature was just right. I'd definitely consider staying here again for my next trip. It's right next to K11 and the Avenue of Stars, which is perfect for sightseeing.

Cons: There were cockroaches in the room, and the landlord's personal belongings were stored under the bed. The room was very small, and the faucet for the sink in the bathroom was too close to the basin, making it difficult to use. Pros: We were given a room with a window, which, despite some street noise, was much airier than a windowless room. The transportation convenience was undeniable, and we could also store our luggage for free.

Excellent location, right by the Avenue of Stars, a shopping mall with a good supermarket, and the airport bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away, with the MTR station just 1 minute away. My single room wasn't ready yet, and I wasn't willing to wait until 5 PM, especially since check-in is from 2 PM and I had just finished an 11-hour flight. The owner upgraded me to a better room with two beds. For Hong Kong, it's a pretty good deal for the price (35 USD per night). The linen was dirty, and the room smelled of cigarettes despite the 'no smoking' sign. However, when I asked, they immediately provided clean, dry, and fresh-smelling bedding (which is also rare for Hong Kong, as rooms often smell damp). Regarding the deposit! I informed the owner I was leaving at around 4 AM. He said 'ok, I'll be there.' Of course, on the scheduled day, no one was there. My deposit (100 HKD) wasn't returned. To be honest, I suspected he wouldn't return it anyway. I didn't argue because they gave me a better room, so it sort of balanced out. Just a heads-up, as some people might rely on that money for something like the airport bus (which only accepts cash).

Hotel from the thirds world …..and we are in 2024 in Hong Kong. A Polish gulag would be better and cleanser. If I go in the dirtiest quarter of Lagos I will find a better place.

It felt quite clean. The owner is from Fujian and the service was excellent. Check-in is on the 14th floor of the building. They provide disposable toothbrushes and towels; just ask at the front desk if you need them. They also have charger adapters.

The hotel is very close to Victoria Harbour, right on Nathan Road, and the MTR exit is right there. Chungking Mansions is also next door, making it very convenient. The owner is also very nice and polite.

The hotel has a good location, close to Victoria Harbour, and there are many shuttle buses downstairs. The rooms are clean but not very big, suitable for those on a budget. I would consider staying here again next time.

The room was old and dirty, the handwashing area was extremely unsanitary, the floor was always wet, the hallway was cluttered with miscellaneous items, the ceiling lights were moldy and blackened, the room was very cramped, barely big enough for a bed, and you couldn't put large luggage in it. The building environment was terrible, I would not recommend it to my friends, and I would never go there again.
