The hotel is located in Sincere Building. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was strong. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning, and the person who assisted us was an older gentleman. He was very kind, attentive, and responsible, explaining all the important details. He also immediately took care of any issues that arose.

This hostel is near the mong kok metro station. The hostel is affordable and has a small kitchen like hot water dispenser and tea and coffee.

Extremely satisfied with the trip! The hostel was super easy to find, right above the subway exit, so no effort walking at all. Check-in was simple and convenient.

Hostel is very clean rooms/shower are small but it's like that everywhere in HK. Location is 20m across road from Ladys Market. Metro is 150m. Food and shopping all around very easy. Stephen was very helpfull. My pictures are of business centre close to Central Station and Wynn ****** at Maccau. Very easy to take the bus to Macau

The hotel is located in multi-story book it also has the other hostel similar to dragon hostel the room which I which are used it has no window with single bed it gives costphropic feeling the very uncomfortable that wake me up in middle of the night in totael Darkness it unsuitable for anybody who don't get used to live in a box like condition the bed have bed bug. TV don't work. Very small table of the size one foot by 3 foot. You can't put anything on it and it's not standing very well. The hot water tank pull only able provide hot water for three minute that means you got to finish shower in 3 minutes. Unhelpful staff. Cannot stay for long time because of the condition as in the confined space. Cheap if you could take the condition. Recommended for young and tough guy. Past the test after one day.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay with clean, spacious rooms and modern amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, close to shops and transport, yet quiet enough for rest. Breakfast had a good variety, Wi-Fi was reliable, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming experience worth recommending. I'm come back again!!!

Outstanding customer service from the front desk staff - highlighting Steven at nighttime. He's always ready to give you the best recommendations about restaurants , transportation, etc. Mong Kok is in the Center of everything and henceforth extremely convenient as the locals love to refer to something that works on your favor. STEPHEN (this is the owner, a different person) it's extremely flexible and open to listen to your needs and give you the best deals. This is perfect for who's visiting on business or for the conscious budget traveler. It became an instant favorite in HKG.

The hotel is a short walk from Metro Exit D2, and the air inside is fresh with no unpleasant odors. It's also conveniently located for shopping, with Wellcome, Daisen, Fortress, and Broadway all within easy walking distance.

Good for ~ solo travellers ~ good location ~ food is available nearby, anytime ~ 711 right in front of hostel exit ~ clean, bed mattress is good, toilet clean, no room smell. ~ located on 7th floor but still is quiet from noisy streets ~ bus A21 is 300m away, hkd 34 straight to HKT1 ~ closer to Mongkok stn exit D2

The facilities were super clean, the location is excellent and even the top bunk bed was quite sturdy. Not too noisy either.

The owner is a genuine Hong Konger and very kind. I'll definitely rebook. The room is neat and tidy, quiet, and clean. The duvet cover is also clean. It's easy to find and easy to contact. I love it! Plus, there are tons of local eateries and cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style cafes) nearby.

I was so satisfied that I extended my stay. Getting a single room at this price is fantastic. The environment, the service attitude, everyone was so friendly – it's simply impeccable for Hong Kong.

The room was comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets, so I didn't even need to bring an adapter. The owner was really welcoming and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong! Wishing you prosperity!
