TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
We had a very terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived around 10-11 PM only to find a notice on their office door stating that check-in is only until 7 PM. The notice mentioned a number for remote check-in if arriving after 7 PM. We called the provided phone numbers numerous times, but no one answered. Exhausted from traveling, we ended up waiting outside the office door until 10 AM the next day for them to open. To our disappointment, we weren't the only ones; a group of families faced the same situation. When the office finally opened at 10 AM, the staff was incredibly rude, despite us waiting for almost 12 hours. We didn't even receive an apology, and they couldn't explain why the provided number wasn't answering.
Furthermore, the room provided to us was not yet cleaned or ready for check-in guests. The blankets and pillows appeared as if someone had just checked out of the room, and there were fallen hairs scattered everywhere. Additionally, the bathroom was still wet, giving the impression that someone had just used it.
When I requested new bedding, a pillowcase, and a blanket from the staff, he simply handed them to me, expecting me to change and clean the room myself. This was an incredibly exhausting experience, especially considering we had waited outside their office for more than 12 hours.
LESSON LEARNED: Always check if your hotel’s reception is open 24-hours.
