This stay was great! The location and service were both excellent. The room was newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cool, and overall, it was a fantastic experience!

A very satisfying trip to Hong Kong! The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and patient, which I really appreciated. The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few steps from the MTR station, making getting around super easy. The hot pot restaurant nearby downstairs was also amazing! What’s even better is that there's an airport bus stop just across the road, which was so convenient for traveling with luggage. This hotel is genuinely clean and offers excellent service. Highly recommend it; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. Five stars!

The location of this hotel is truly fantastic and is honestly its biggest advantage. It’s very convenient and well situated, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a significant mold issue, which caused a strong, unpleasant moldy smell throughout our stay. There was no proper ventilation, and the ventilators did not work, so the smell never improved and was constantly present. Noise was another major issue. On our first day, there were workers in the passageway outside our room until almost 7pm. On another day, there was loud drilling that continued throughout the morning. This made it difficult to relax or rest and significantly affected the comfort of our stay. Housekeeping was also lacking. While staff did come into the room, the floor was never cleaned. It seemed that only some rubbish was removed, but no real cleaning was done, which left the room feeling unkempt. Overall, while the location is excellent, the mold issues, lack of ventilation, noise disturbances, and poor housekeeping made this stay quite disappointing.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location! A wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable, clean for a relaxing trip. What really stood out was the superb location. It's just steps away from dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops, and the metro station is close to the hotel. You got tram too. The biggest surprise was the bathroom it just huge!! Plenty of room to move around, great water pressure, and modern fixtures. I read some older reviews mentioning weak Wi-Fi, but Im happy that wasn't an issue at all during my stay. The staff mentioned it had recently been upgraded! lucky! The staff were friendly and helpful overall, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

This Causeway Bay hostel exceeded expectations. Spacious rooms (especially the bathroom!), new and spotlessly clean accommodations, and exceptionally hospitable staff made for a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The bathroom is ridiculously HUGE And that universal socket with a million plugs? Total legend! Charged my phone, laptop, watch, and every gadget I own at once like a boss. This place is straight-up spoiling me!

Killer urban location with restaurants everywhere (my wallet and waistline both suffered ) and MTR/bus basically at the door. Room finally space to actually move! so comfy I almost missed checkout every morning. 10/10, staying again!

I stayed at 207 room. Cleaning and quality was very good. Also location is plus you can reach everywhere easly and there is shopping malls with walk distance. The bad part is 207 room was smelling fish at nights. I think cuz of restaurant at the next. I dont make it much problem and didnt told to hotel but some people will dont like it. So check that if your room 207, you can ask to reception to change room. I believe that if I told reception they would change my room. But it could be better they inform about it when booking comfirmed. So guest can check the room and decide

Staff was friendly. Location was a bit hard to find, however it was only a few minutes walk from CWB station. There are no elevators so keep that in mind if bringing large luggage. Overall room was clean, however amenities was bare minimum

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Our stay was uncomfortable from the start. The shower sliding door was broken, so we had to keep trying to push it shut while inside the shower – water got everywhere. On top of that, the water temperature kept swinging between hot and cold the entire time, making it impossible to just enjoy a simple shower. We were also woken up early each morning by loud construction noise coming from outside or nearby. It went on for hours, so don't expect to sleep in. The service left a bad taste as well. The front desk girl with short hair and glasses was not friendly at all (the tall one). We asked for a new pair of slippers the next day (since the old ones were taken away by housekeeping), and she told us they don't replace them daily – but with a tone that made us feel like we were bothering her just for asking. That kind of attitude really stands out, and not in a good way. I will not choose this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you literally just need a bed and don't care about sleep quality, basic maintenance, or decent service.

Very good, the front desk staff were also very friendly and spoke excellent Mandarin. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. The cleanliness was also great; towels and bath towels were replaced, and the space was decent.

We booked two rooms, and I stayed in room 105. There was a constant rattling noise coming from the headboard and AC unit; I could hear a buzzing sound as soon as my ear touched the pillow. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. Around 2:30 AM, a couple (I couldn't tell if they were next door or upstairs) started chatting loudly, and I couldn't get to sleep until almost 4 AM. The soundproofing is abysmal. This room is definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Before my trip to Hong Kong, I extensively researched hotel reviews on Ctrip, and this place consistently stood out as one of the better options. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the double bed was perfectly comfortable for two. Both the owner and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The hotel is easily accessible. The room is just a bit old but it is spacious. However the staff is very helpful and friendly. I checked in after 11pm as it was a sudden stay, and the staff was really helpful as I forgot to bring my charging cable.
