Hotel was accomodative and gave us upgrade to harbour view so our 2 rooms are next to each other since we travel with kids. I appreciate that the room service gave me 2 new ones when I requested for pens for souvenir. Overall staff speak good English and are patient. Thank you! However, I think it is time to replace the wallpaper. Please note no bidet in toilet.

The hotel is 7 mins walk away from Wan Chai MTR and a Tram station. Strategically located in front of Hong Kong Exhibition Centre and beside Wan Chai government tower. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and services offered by the hotel staff, 100% worth the money for such services offered.

It was such a good experience. The staff there was very helpful and kind. I stayed in the large room, and it was more than enough. The bathroom had two big towels, two small, and two hand towels. The shampoo and conditioner were made of ginger and mint. Great smell. Bed was comfortable and the had a small couch, and a desk.

I was staying in room 2405, after I left the hotel yesterday morning I realized I left my mom’s wedding ring in the bathroom basin counter. When I came back in the evening, the cleaning lady had put the ring on the night table. I really appreciated her honesty and the well trained staff.
