GGuest UserThis is a very charming villa located on Nimman Road, Chiang Mai the most bustling and vibrant street, surrounded by countless cafes with unique decor and quirky cuisines. Local restaurants are also within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The villa has four guest rooms, each spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. It also features a fully equipped kitchen for simple cooking when needed. We especially loved the villa's private courtyard, where we could relax after a day of sightseeing, reading, or simply spending quality time with family.❤️ We definitely will choose to stay in Roise Home again for our next visit in Chiang Mai 🫶🏻☺️

TThe Muggles TherapyWe spent one night at Hang Tueng Farm and had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how quiet, peaceful, and well-maintained the place was. The atmosphere is incredibly calm, making it easy to relax and disconnect from the busyness of daily life. Waking up the next morning was one of the highlights of our stay. We were greeted by ducks wandering around the farm and surrounded by beautiful, natural scenery that felt refreshing and grounding. The environment is clean, thoughtfully kept, and clearly cared for. What we really appreciated is how Hang Tueng Farm offers the best of both worlds—it’s conveniently close to the city, yet tucked away in a serene and quiet neighborhood. It feels like a gentle escape without being too far from everything you need. Overall, it’s a perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature. We left feeling rested and refreshed, and we would definitely recommend Hang Tueng Farm to anyone seeking a calm and cozy stay.

DDouglasAfter the chaos of Bangkok, this was what we needed - a quiet B&B in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of almost everything. This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it try to be. It is a quaint old home that has been transformed into a beautiful spot to rest and sleep. Our favorite spot was the balcony - we would simply look at the flowers and watch the birds. One thing, being a small B&B, the breakfast is not the huge buffet with a huge selection of food. Instead, it is freshly made coffee, eggs any way, fresh toast and lots and lots of fresh fruit. For me, the ideal breakfast is coffee, bread and mango, so I was in my happy place. It is a wonderful old house that makes its own music - you quickly discover which floorboards squeak and learn to avoid them at night. And waking up to the calling of birds is always a blessing.

GGuest UserI stayed in a triple room this time, and the space was really comfortable and clean. Toiletries and towels were provided, but I had to bring my own toothbrush and slippers. My room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator, but since I only had a small, light suitcase, it wasn't an issue for me. The room had a small balcony, and it was quite pleasant to have coffee out there in the morning. The sound of birds chirping was more noticeable in the mornings. I personally don't mind, but if you're a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, it might be bothersome. There are two bars near the accommodation. One is a small bar with live performances, and it has a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet, atmospheric bar to relax in, this is the place. The other is a sports bar. On my second night, everyone was going crazy over a football match. They were all drinking and having a blast, and I could hear cheers from my room until past midnight as they celebrated a win. If you like lively bars, you might enjoy this one. There's also a 7-11 nearby, a couple of ** shops, and a bustling street filled with local street food. Getting to various attractions or areas by Grab bike is very quick and convenient, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the airport. The ground floor of the accommodation is a coffee bar. When I arrived on the first night, it was already past check-in time, so a staff member from the bar helped me with the check-in process. After getting to my room and taking a shower, I realized there was no hairdryer. It might have been that they forgot to put it back in the bathroom after cleaning. So, I had to sleep with wet hair and asked the cleaning staff for a hairdryer the next morning. Apart from the toilet, there was no toilet paper provided in the room for daily use, so remember to bring your own if you need it. For some reason, I couldn't adjust the TV volume with the remote control; it was always very low. I didn't really need to watch TV, so I didn't bother reporting it. On my last day, I was very grateful for the friendly service from the staff member downstairs. I had gastroenteritis and felt unwell, so I needed to check out early. She actively helped me contact the accommodation manager and was very concerned about my condition. The manager was also very helpful upon hearing my situation, providing me with a physical check-in confirmation to take back home in case of any future need. Overall, I really liked this hostel and had a great stay.

NNur Khadijah RipinWe came early (10am+) in hopes to leave our luggage & head out for brunch. Unfortunately there was no one / staff in sight and the property doors are locked. We tried to call all the given contact numbers but they seem to be inactive or impossible to get through. We waited for a bit and ended up leaving for a nearby cafe to sit and chill until the check-in time 2pm. We headed back at 2pm+ and the property doors are unlocked so we entered and waited at the ”lobby” but there were no staff in sight, except for a foreign lady & her child who seemed to be guests as well. The lady said she too have to wait ”very long” on the day she had checked in. We waited for a good 20+ minutes before 1 staff came to the front desk to check us in. Seems like she was busy cleaning the rooms so may have missed us. Anyway she does not speak a lick of english but no issue as we made it work. Property is located near some cafes, 2 Pharmacies, a 7/11 and some shops. Very convenient location and everywhere is walkable and generally safe. The areas surrounding the property itself is very quiet but well lit at night.

LLydia Li YueThe hotel is in a small alley, relatively quiet, and very close to the ancient city. I stayed in a twin room on the first night. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower at night. The double bed room we stayed in the next day had hot water, which was much more comfortable. The ICE at the front desk was very friendly and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The environment in the yard is very good and the layout is beautiful. There are thoughtful cloth slippers, disposable shower caps, and clothes drying racks in the room, which are very convenient. There are two other small yards in the back for breakfast and swimming.

GGuest UserCute and cozy homestay in a quiet location. The owner is friendly and was in touch. I arrived about 11 pm and check in was quick and smooth. I stayed in room number 2. The room is big and very clean, looks new or recently renovated. The AC is quiet almost silent. I liked wooden furniture and cute details with elephants. The room has the kitchen attached . There is a microwave, a kettle, a big fridge (not minibar size), some plates and cutlery. The owner provided a teacup and a knife when I asked for. There is a pool, the water was a bit cold in January but rather energizing:) Maybe I'd like to be a bit closer to the Old town as my trip was short but it's possible to get Grab. There is 7/11 and coffee places nearby. I forgot my ring in the room so the owner contacted me immediately and gave it back when I came. Thank you!

GGuest UserWhat a great hotel. Tucked away in an alley off of the main road that heads to south gate, this hotel is directly in the center of old town. The suites are like having two hotel rooms in one. Perfect for a couple of couples or a family traveling together. We have been in three locations and three hotels on this trip and Glyn was our favorite. We ended up taking tours each day we were there so missed out on eating at their restaurant, but their menu looks great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The town is smaller than it looks on a map. We flew in early and spent a few hours walking around town, covering a lot of ground. South gate and it's night market are a ten minute walk from the hotel. Several of the big temples are blocks away. Easy to step out to the main road and catch a truck to take you anywhere.

GGuest UserThe place is so cute!! The location is good roughly 8 min away(motorbike) from the famous old gate. The rooms are comfortable. Please don’t come here and expect a 5* hotel, it is a guesthouse! It is a 5* service and hospitality, everyone there is so nice and kind and they will do anything to help you with anything you ask for. I loved the outside area feels authentic and rustic transports you in time, I loved that breakfast was included. When I booked it I had a few concerns because is really cheap so I didn’t know what to expect but it’s an amazing place for the price! I would choose this place again if I come back to Chiang Mai😁 Thank you for everything ❤️
