Comfortable apartment block. In the district of Benimaclet, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 5 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool angular (3 x 2 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Germans Villalonga-Enric Navarro" 60 m, underground station "Benimaclet" 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Loft Villalonga", 5-room apartment 180 m2, on the ground floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, 2 showers/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace. GGuest UserThe location is close to the Science City and there is an exclusive parking garage. It takes only half an hour to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. Hotel service is good, all young people are energetic. Breakfast is also rich. In short, it is a cost-effective hotel.

LLydia GomezThe room was for two people and had a large bed and a private bathroom, it was quite large. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, but with a stop from the metro to five minutes and 10 minutes from the Arenas beach.
The only thing you can hear when people pass through the street and people from the next rooms.

GGeorgeVery easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay!

BBolatI only stayed here for 2 nights as it was the most convenient in terms of my location. For 2 days it is very nice as the room that i was assigned to had a small cute terrace, the bed was comfortable and even though i had to share the bathroom with 3 other people, it did not cause any problems and most of the time you don’t hear them. Overall, i would recommend this hostel for short stays.

Dduguguiren進入大樓感覺像進了一家醫院，進入房間感覺像進入一間診所，通體白色，非常乾淨整潔。
自助checkin對於我還是有一定難度的，折騰老半天幸好遇上工作人員才成功入住。
洗手間浴室有好幾個，一般都空着也乾淨整潔設施完整，衹是沒有房間自帶衞生間方便，尤其半夜萬一忘了帶手機上洗手間，估計悲劇了。
第一次在歐洲住雖然是獨立房間卻沒有洗手間浴室的，開眼了。

BBitartGreat location with good value for what you get. Nice to have the balcony facing the street. Large king size bed but left little room in the room, but happy with the room still. Large shower and heating lamp in the bathroom too! Fast check-in and check-out.

MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
