__WeChat41925****I like this B&B very much. I traveled all the way from Sanya to Haikou. This B&B is a great value compared to the Banshan Bandao Hotel I stayed in Sanya, and the quality and service are not inferior at all. First of all, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, and there are soft and hard pillows to choose from. Although there is no children's activity center like the hotel, there are wooden horses for children in the house, which my son likes very much.
The sanitation is also very clean, and the details are well done. The house smells good from inside to outside. Toiletries and bath towels are all disposable. Disposable bath towels are not provided in hotels, but here they are available. It is a few minutes' drive from Haikou East Station, which is very convenient. The landlord also gave a very detailed guide to the surrounding areas. It is highly recommended!

A great B&B with very new and hygienic equipment and facilities. I sent my children to school, but I didn’t expect that the area around the school was full. Then I accidentally found this B&B, which is not far from the school. It is opposite the Haikou Bell Tower. There is a bus stop in front of the store. There is a direct bus, and it is very fast to get to the school. Very convenient. After exiting the store, turn right and walk for a few minutes to Qilou Old Street. It is also very convenient to take a taxi or take a walk. The room is very clean and tidy. Face towels, bath towels, etc. are all disposable. It also provides a washing machine and an outdoor leisure terrace for drying clothes. The accommodation experience is super affordable and high quality. The store's service is very attentive and enthusiastic, and they will tell you where to eat, play, and travel nearby to make travel easier.

AAnonymous UserWe visited the homestay and it felt really homely.
However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about.
We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP.
Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area.
Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift.
The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply.
With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day.
Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night.
Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay.
We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs.
When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery.
We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.

First of all, the location of this homestay is very advantageous and convenient. It is located in the city center, close to the subway station and bus station, and it is very convenient to travel. In addition, there are many shopping, dining and entertainment venues around, which meet my various needs during the trip.
Secondly, the environment of the homestay is beautiful and the scenery is pleasant. Here, I can enjoy the pleasant natural scenery. Every morning, I can breathe fresh air by opening the window, which makes me feel physically and mentally comfortable.
In addition, this homestay has complete facilities and high comfort. The room is warm and comfortable, and the bed is soft and spacious, which makes me sleep well all night. GGuest UserThe four bedroom apartment is actually the whole 13th floor with 4 separate rooms and a foyer area. There is no kitchen but that's not a problem since you are very close to qilou old streets. The location is perfect as it is not in the thick of the noise but is only 5 mins away with great views. The rooms are huge and generously appointed. Fabulously clean and had many amenities of a hotel. Downsides are that the receptionist is through a liquor shop and slightly hard to find (see other reviews). The restaurant is very basic and shabby. The alternative is 2nd floor dim sum hall which is amazingly authentic but may be too hectic for foreigners. Ktv bar shuts at 11 so noise was not an issue and the staff at the rooftop bar were delightful. Service staff were welcoming and responsive. Excellent welcome fruit platter. Overall one of the most colourful experiences in Haikou and a fabulous alternative to hotels for a large family.

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
