GGuest UserThe hotel was spotless and well-appointed, even offering complimentary tea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even invited us to connect on WeChat, making it easy to communicate any issues at any time. Its location near the beach is fantastic, surrounded by numerous restaurants and a 7-Eleven. The area feels vibrant and is very convenient. Our family suite was incredibly spacious, complete with a sofa and a round table – a really nice setup.

IIlia Nikolaev一切都很好，除了几个东西：everything is fine, except that we had a gecko living on the ceiling, who took a crap in the middle of the room when we were not home. but you know, it might even be nice - we were told that it was safe. but I lowered the rating because the cafe, which was in the hotel, did not include 10 and 5 percent taxes and tips. we paid upon check-out, and found out about it only after the fact. unpleasant aftertaste. although the service staff was very friendly.

GGuest UserWhile the place was beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained I cannot recommend staying here. There is no official reception and there is hardly ever anyone about should you need to ask information. When we arrived they weren't even aware of our booking. 'Breakfast' was a shambles, being a pre ordered meal from somewhere else, we had no idea what was the situation nor were we given any info about it. The first day it arrived and I was given a chicken sandwich, I kindly explained that I don't eat meat and if I could possibly have something else for the next 2 days. This was met with utter shock and laughter, even grabbing another member to come and point and laugh at me for not eating meat. The next day I received meat. And the following day. Needless to say this request was clearly not taken seriously. There is a great kitchen on site including a coffee machine with pods, however the plug of the machine doesn't even fit in the wall so bring your own adaptor and when the pods run out they are not filled. You could ask for an adaptor and more coffee but like I said ....good luck finding someone.
It is a shame because the pool is wonderful, but the organisation and service is non existent. Honestly wouldn't consider staying again.

AAnonymous UserGood location, but the room lacks soundproofing. The balcony is not private, and at night, people were sitting outside drinking and playing music. When we stepped out to check, we were shocked to see someone sitting right in front of our room, with no curtains for privacy. From 7:30 to 9:00 AM, there was constant noise from housekeepers dragging chairs, walking loudly, and chatting, making it impossible to sleep in. It was a stay that left us feeling unrested and far from relaxing.

EEkaterina.TI really like that hostel and booked it for the second time. The place is the best, everything is really near. I lived in the room for 6. Beds are private, clean and comfortable
I have to notice: due to the air con timetable it may be really hot inside the room from 10 to 16, like 30+ degrees. Actually I'm ok with it, but for someone it can be difficult
The shower is good, there is hot water, it's clean and I haven't seen any insects at all. One bed is really near the toilet, but I had a different one
I also liked the kitchen, common balcony and pool zone. Noone actually uses it, but it's lovely to sit near
I only have one complain: phone is not working, I couldn't contact reception. Once I forgot my key (my bad, but) and had to wait 5 hours outside until someone comes. I think someone should be available on the phone for emergencies. I checked if the phone available the next day, but it wasn't

GGuest UserVery comfortable and beautiful hotel with warm and thoughtful service. Excellent location. The swimming pool is great. Next to it is a Thai massage shop, restaurants, supermarkets, and very close to Rawai Beach. I will stay here again next time!

MMelisa DUZGUNWe stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom. I went to the reception twice and told them. But the water heater was broken. The bed was very comfortable. The cafeteria upstairs is very convenient and they do a great job. The food was great.

CCindylianThis is a hotel apartment owned by a personal landlord. Not recommended, not very good
1. If there is no front desk, you need to contact the agent via WhatsApp to get the key.
2. You need to pay a deposit of 3,000 plants to the cleaner! Water, electricity and gas are not included, and you have to pay an additional 800 yuan for room cleaning. The room is not cleaned every day, only after check-out. It’s really a bit of a trap
3. The room is on the second floor, which is actually equivalent to the first floor. The sewer smell in the bathroom is so bad that we can't live in it. I didn’t even ask to change rooms.
4. It’s dark and humid behind the balcony, with no sunlight
I won’t stay here again next time!

AAnton NWe enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, there is a kettle and a fridge. The air conditioning is good. It is quiet and cozy in the evening. It is a five-minute walk to the Seven, 20 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the night market. It is a 20-25-minute walk from the airport. We will be happy to come back here.

Ffranxxx_xxx8The location is a bit far from the urban area of Phuket Patong. It is quite a distance from the main scenic spots because Phuket is quite a big island. It's very close to Carnival Magic, only a 5-minute drive away. There is a Pub Cafe Del Mar on the right when you go out. It's super beautiful and huge, close to the seaside, and it's full of foreigners. The hotel rooms are all in the back half, and the front half is used for commercial purposes. There is no elevator😅 We were tired of carrying our luggage up to the 4th floor. .
