Room for improvement....
We experienced long waiting lines, deteriorated bed that was overdue for replacement, roach in room, and dirty bedroom floors.
We didn't sleep well, and they did replace the bed on day 2 of our stay.
Parking was a little bit of odd situation, with available parking being chaotic or hard to find.

Great view!
It's not the Hilton, but there are ALOT worse hotels. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean and to wake up with the sun glistening off the ocean right in front of us amazing! The building is older and parking is a but inconvenient but if you are here to be right on the boardwalk and ocean this is a great place!

I’ve been going to the Neptune for over 30 years and I will not return again. Would still like to know what the extra $334 was charged to our account upon arrival. I will list the things that really bothered us. Stove did not work. No racks in the oven. Had to ask for just basic dishware to come from the office. Waited for two hours and nobody showed up with it so I had to go pick it up. Half the electrical outlets did not work . No room in the bathroom plus no shelving to put up any toiletries. We had to live basically out of our suitcases. The cleaning staff and the front office personnel were all very nice, but the ownership has decided to go on the cheap so we will not be returning.

Love location great views, but they charge 50$ extra every day for cleaning the room,they said until you get thereand had signs in room cleaning every trees three days .thats completely out ,too much.

I’ve called serveral times to complain the first room was not where I rented it was at a different location the ac did not work the second room the power went out I want a refund
This was supposed to be a vacation that turned into a stressful weekend
