We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,. Location: very good, ＜5 minutes walking from the beach. Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through. Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area. Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

So bad!! They charged me a pre authorization fee and wouldn’t let me pay over the phone for my manager that I needed to have stay there! They are a bunch of crooks!

They charged me $39 for parking per day. It was not clarified in the reservation. The advertisement said parking in the property. Nowhere did it say with Cargo

Room was good sized & clean. Great location with steps away from the beach which has many restaurant options. Check in took a while. This hotel is a part of a group with a central check-in.

Couldn't find my room for 5 minutes, directions are not clerly posted on a map, check in to a front desk was unorganized, in room fridge wasn't properly working, last day of my staying the pool got closed for a cleaning, the girl with a service dog was crying and demanding to check out of rat hole she said laundry facility was in a desare or a Tottal disaster.....I was expecting a Fed Ex package with a new credit card to pay for my next few days of staying and my package arrived on March 25th....So I went to front desk on March 26th and they said they don't have anything from Fed Ex for me when I presented my US passport....
