Caribbean Resort Suites

The location was perfect. Close to the boardwalk and ocean. Was surprised when we had 2 bathrooms in our room. They helped get our room cleaned early and let us check in hours early

Only big problem we had was even though we put the do not disturb sign on doorknob, someone entered our room, put 2 towels on the tv, didn't refresh bathroom, and went through where we put money in envelopes and moved them around.

It was a good layout of the room and nice to have a tiki bar on property. The smoke alarm chirped all night and no hot water for shower. They did "fix" the smoke alarm but didn't work.

Location is amazing. Just feet from the beach and in the middle of the boardwalk. Many shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing. Andy was great. He came to our room at 9pm to change our smoke detector batteries when I told him it was beeping. Such nice people. My only critiques would: be very slow Wi-fi, pool was heated and nice, but small. Unfortunately we had loud teens above us that made it difficult too sleep cause we could hear all the noise. However, it was spring break so we expected that. Nothing the hotel could do. We would definitely come back, but maybe stay on the second floor. Overall, our family had a great time and the place and people were great. We will be coming back!

The tiki bar was good. Pedro was a really great bartender. The a/c is a challenge. It was not hot when we were there. We will stay again!

Short stay with family of 5. Cons- Futon option for the kids was not great. Sheets were old/worn and no blanket and it was after office hours by the time we realized that. Pros- office staff was kind and helpful, there was a nice pool and close walk to beach and boardwalk!

The Caribbean club was very close to the beach with the boardwalk. Having lots of restaurants snd shops. Beach was nice with the availability to rent cabanas and chairs and also bikes to rent. Would definitely recommend.

Nice proximity to the beach. I liked the beach hut bar and live music. The front desk hours, however, were not as advertised. The sign in front of the office said they were open from 9 am til 10 pm daily. When we arrived, it was evening but well before 10 pm. The office door was locked with no note about what to do. We got in to our room by talking to the bartender. When we arrived a second time in the morning, after our cruise, the office was locked, even though it was supposed to be open at 9 AM.. again, no note about what to do. A woman did come out to help us minutes later. I just think there needs to be better communication.

We had a great stay! We definitely would return. The property gives Caribbean vibes, and the tiki hut area was great! We loved the rooftop area as well. Our room was small but it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need! You can’t beat how close you are to the boardwalk and beach - not even a 2 minute walk and you are there! Staff were friendly, pool was warm and clean. These aren’t even negatives, but the only things we has trouble with was tracking down extra pillows/blanket and the light from the parking lot was quite bright in our room, even with the shades drawn.
