ATTENTION 🛑! !!! Costa Hollywood Beach Hotel Front desk staff was AWFUL! The Women have terrible attitudes. The rooms are OLD and Furniture run down & filthy. Please Go book the “Ritz Carlton Hotel” for these prices. See Pics of Old tired furniture. The Blinds are old tough to roll down. The bathroom shower tile was molded and mildew where the room has a bad smell. 🛑See Pic 🛑Paying anything over $125 for this hotel is a WASTE! It’s a hassle to get pool towels they give you a card & you have to return your towels to a separate location along with the towel card. The rooms are split between two buildings N & S and the Poorly Dressed front desk staff with unprofessional service doesn’t give you much assistance on how to navigate the property. The Hot Tub area was unsafe slippery without knowing. The Hotel needs a makeover along with a NEW Front Desk STAFF. 🛑They stole money from my credit card by charging me for WATER 🛑 in the room that I never touched. Mari told me to dispute the charges with my credit card. See pics Attn! 🛑 All customers DO NOT stay here. There was a SNAKE prank in the curtain of my room which was scary. Maintenance had to remove. See pic 🛑Hotel Front Desk Staff Mari- 🛑Horrible Attitude, Sophia was making snarky faces while she spoke that didn’t help her outer visual appearance & Irina the supervisor would not come to the phone. It was a nice spacious apartment. Great location next to the beach. Its good value

Nice for spend time for all activity to see the sun

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Costa. The location is excellent, steps to the beach. They provide beach chairs and also you can borrow different toys and floaties for your child. The room we stayed in was very nice and had a full kitchen. Service is very friendly. The rooftop pool had salty water and had a few floating pillows. The hot tub was good as well. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!
