This is a cozy place in the heart of Holguin. Very friendly staff. Great to go with friends & family. Herick, one of the waiters, was always fun to talk to, impressive wealth of knowledge about the City and the Island, excellent language skills. Made the experience extra special. Can’t wait to go back.

I spent a week in this hotel, I felt good because the service is excellent; thanks to Yanelis I was taken care of all the time; Like my son, I highly recommend this girl's kindness and willingness.if you need special and human attention, there you have Yanelis, thank you thank you thank you Namaste

Lovely hotel and staff. The best location in town. Room was very clean with the essentials. Thanks Yuneysi (at the reception) for the warmest welcome and good recommendations for food and entertainment. Everything I needed for a short visit to Holguin.

Excellent beer. A delicious cappuccino. A great atmosphere and music, especially the service and quality of the guys at the hotel bar, especially Roli, also mentioning the girl Lorena.I went with a friend to drink ,We spent an excellent few hours. With very warm attention. I will stop by there every time I come to Holguin. gracias

Very nice place , the service was good and fast. The bar tender was very kind, he was able ro talk in so many languages and offered tips to historical places to visit in the city. Most of the european people i saw around wanted to talk to Herik because of his mastering on different topics and his way to treat people. A big hug and keep on with this great job!

A service of excellence! ..the quietness of the place and the staff give a remarkable touch to the essence of this very nice hotel ! If you finally make up your mind to get to the eastern part of Cuba and go to Holguin province, don't forget to pass by...you won't regret!

Last december I had the chance to visit Hotel Caballeriza, it was such an amazing experience, great food. I had the best time, and the staff is just wonderful, one member, Heriberto was his name, one of the nicest people I've ever met. Everything was just great!!
