Great location, just a few minutes' walk to the Old Town. The room had a small balcony, perfect for enjoying a baguette – very pleasant. The room itself was quite spacious. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was decent (the ribs and salad were good, though unfortunately, the menu changed on the second day 🤣). The only downside was the soundproofing; I could even hear the person next door patting on their skincare products.

We recently stayed at The Little Riverside Hoi An and loved every moment. The location is ideal—just a short walk into the Old Town, yet quiet enough to escape the daytime bustle and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Key highlights: Amazing staff: Juliet, Queenie, and Aimee were warm, welcoming, and always on hand to answer questions or share local recommendations. Their hospitality genuinely stood out and made our stay extra special. Helpful recommendations:** The team provided fantastic tips for sightseeing, dining, and activities, helping us make the most of our time in Hoi An. Comfortable, clean room:** The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless, providing a relaxing base after long days of exploring. Overall, this charming hotel strikes the perfect balance between convenient access to the Old Town and a tranquil riverside escape. We would gladly return and recommend it to friends and family seeking a relaxing stay in Hoi An.

The hotel's location is superb, right near Hoi An Ancient Town. The room size was quite spacious, especially for Hoi An standards. We received welcome fruit (bananas) on our first day. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel staff consistently checked in on us, asking if we slept well and if we needed any help with transport arrangements. Plus, there are plenty of local eateries and spas right around the hotel. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay on this trip.

The Little Oasis was absolutely one of the most unforgettable places on my trip, I was extremely satisfied! I will definitely come back to Hoi An and stay here again. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety, and the room was very clean. Opening onto the patio revealed a lush green view, and at night, the sounds of cicadas and frogs were incredibly therapeutic. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the beach and Old Town, plus there's a pool upstairs and a spa. The whole atmosphere is perfectly designed for relaxation and a holiday. Luna's service was excellent, very professional and enthusiastic. It was truly touching. Thank you for giving me such a perfect Vietnam experience.

The hotel is really well decorated and lovely. The breakfast is also good and has a wide variety. Unfortunately, I think the service comes across quite hovery. Multiple times I had staff tell me how “late” I come for breakfast even though I was within operating hours and other guests would show up around the same time as me. It left me feeling very uncomfortable and feeling not welcome. Also the gym is not great and could use an upgrade. I don’t think I will be returning back here.
