KA Villa Hoi An

For me, an address to keep carefully!! An establishment on a human scale with a family spirit where you feel good, and where you are taken care of. A team at your disposal, a personalized welcome which for me makes the difference. Perfect for those who want to have interactions. The rooms are spacious and carefully decorated. A little cocoon conducive to disconnection. In short: Put down your luggage and relax!! Provision of bicycle, swimming pool, laundry service... Several additional services: Possibility of transfer from and to the airport, massages, reservation of excursions...
Peach House

Peach house at An Bang beach is a nice place to base yourself and spend a week in HoiAn. Most people only have 2or3 days in HouAn, but if you also build in beach relaxation time off to your schedule, then this location works great.  Peachtree house is about 70meters or yards from the crashing surf of the beach. There are chairs to rent for 25,000d each and a cafe with food and drink.  The hotel location is on an alley half way from the street toward the beach. Taxis drop you on the street at the mouth of the alley and you must drag your suitcases about 70meters/yards. It is shown properly on Google maps now. The hotel room had good aircon, bidet toilet seat (nicer than the hose nozzle), good bed, mini frig, safe.  The small pool is attractive, other hotels in the area have larger pools, but that wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast is served like at Grandma's house. It is cooked and served each morning in the small kitchen in the lobby by the housekeeper.  She does great, we left her a tip.  The meal is excellent and filling. The only downside to Peach house is the wifi. It is slow. I'm not sure if that is the property's problem or an area wide AnBang issue. Peach house is an excellent property with a good value price. I'd come back.

It's okay, but I don't recommend staying at the beach. It's a bit like a homestay, it's ok

A wonderful experience indeed! Beautiful, spacious rooms. A beach house design with a simplistic layout and features that flow easily throughout the house. Great lighting and practical. The bathroom is lovely, they have preserved the trees and it features in the bathroom. Expect friendly spider friends. Bathroom was stocked with shower cream, shampoo, and conditioner. Toothpaste and toothbrushes, beach and shower towels. Great shower, the bum gun is good. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety and the food is delicious. Big portions and you get coffee and juice. The owners are lovely. They try and help where they can and with anything they can. Rooms are serviced daily. Rooms are equipped with coffee, tea, water, a kettle, a stove, and a fridge. They do scooter rentals and provide helmets. Wifi is fast and stable enough for zoom and skype calls. Will definitely recommend this accommodation! Cảm ơn cả nhà rất nhiều ạ!

I stayed for 3 nights during the polar season from late July to early August. In fact, I was worried because there were not many reviews. The conclusion is satisfactory. 1. Location - 15-20 minutes walk to Anbang Beach (it's hard during the day and it's worth walking at night. Anyway, I can't grab at night), Tantan Beach? It's 5 minutes to go. Personally, Tantan Beach was better to take a bath. You can go to the old town by grab, but it's expensive to come out at night and get caught. 2. Facilities - The rooms are not bigger than I thought. But the view was crazy. Book with ocean view. If it's good, it's healing just by looking outside. The sea is close, so I feel the real ocean view. - Cleanliness is normal? It's about that. Everything else was fine during my stay, but the little ants... kept coming out. (Each room is one star) But considering the Southeast Asian point / 4 star and the price, I just sprayed the evasion without complaining separately. However, the bathtub is a bit inconvenient. We never used it. - Breakfast is flat. I cooked courses on weekdays and ate them as buffet on weekends. It wasn't bad. What to expect 5 star dishes at this priceㅋㅋ - The pool is adamant. I think it's available for three teams, but I think I should use it while I notice each other. Sunbad, towel free. 3. Service - Very satisfied. Everyone who met, including the desk, was kind and had no problem communicating in English. It was a consecutive night, but I was embarrassed to ask when the cleaner was checking out in the morning, but I told the desk that there was no problem anymore. At the end, I took pictures together ㅎㅎ - However, you should clean it a little early in the morning, so if you are sensitive to sound, you can refer to it. Overall it was a really good experience. Of course, the room, soundproofing, and other facilities are lacking compared to 5 stars, but the location, price and view forgive everything. If you come back to Hoi An, you will be returning!

This is a basic hotel in a fantastic location. We had the family joined rooms in the roof. We walked along the beach, used the pool, loved our breakfast each morning - my favourite was an omelette with onions & tomatoes, crunchy bread with delicious butter and a coffee. There was always fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and the chef wanted to get to know us and chat about what we were doing each day. Getting laundry done was easy, just used WhatsApp to message the front desk. They cleaned our rooms, made our beds and replaced coffee packets and water bottles. They also arranged a taxi for us when Grab had no cars available. They also have airport transfer and bikes. We zipped into town in about 10 minutes, less than 100vnd per ride. We walked to and ate at the Wild Beach Restaurant. There is also Lucky Beach restaurant near by. Esco is across the road if you want a tourist style place on the beach. Minusing a star because the internet wasn’t fast or reliable and the front bathroom ended up smelling a bit. Also I didn’t remember there was no lift but the helper carried our bags up 4 flights.
