It was an amazing stay. The service was extremely good and friendly.

This is one of my favourite places that I have stayed in. The environment is beautiful, it’s in a great location. Very peaceful and quiet whilst still being a 10 minute ride from the old town. Service was fantastic and all of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.

Not as great as how the other reviews painted it out to be. Breakfast and room service menu was very underwhelming. Pool is very small. Nice experience for a one-time visit.

Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.

Natural reserve worth the stay

Very nice hotel, wonderful facilities, natural feeling

My child accidentally broke the lid of a very ordinary teapot and was asked to pay VND1,000,000 (USD40). After negotiation, I finally received VND500,000 (USD20). Traditional building with local culture but unfortunately lacking in comfort. For example, I lived in two rooms and had problems draining water from the toilet and wash basin. The mattress also has uneven support and the sheets and duvet covers are old. We made an appointment with the hotel's shuttle bus to pick us up at An Bang Beach at 15:15 and take us back to the hotel, but the hotel's shuttle bus didn't come. The resort has a comfortable environment with large rooms and pleasant views. The staff service is great and will come to you every morning at breakfast to care if you have any questions and help you arrange the vehicle and so on. Breakfast was delicious and a little different every day. There are also bicycles lent to guests to pedal the nearby rice fields.

Since it is a hotel that feels like it is in the middle of nature, individual preferences may vary. Also, please note that it is a bit far from the old town.

You can really feel the Southeast Asian atmosphere. It's the kind of emotional romance I wanted, but it was too hot to enjoy it properly, which is a shame. ㅠㅠ But because it's located near the water, there are some bugs and snakes. The staff were friendly, and there were only Westerners, so it felt like I was in Europe. However, the pool water was too hot, so it was hard to play in the water during the day. ㅠㅠ

Every waiter in the hotel provides excellent service and always smiles! Although there are not many types of breakfast, everything is delicious! It's very comfortable to sit by the pool and drink beer at night.
