✨ We spent the weekend at this hotel and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I just have to praise it! As soon as we walked in, a bellhop quickly came over to help us with our luggage. He was super friendly and genuine. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the front desk staff thoughtfully told us about breakfast times and the free parking. They even gave me a hand-drawn map just in case I couldn't find it – such attention to detail, it really touched my heart! 🥰 The room was even more of a pleasant surprise! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the city's river, and the afternoon sun warmed the whole room. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows were so comfortable that I, someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, slept soundly all night! The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a subtle, healing citrus scent. Plus, the hairdryer was a Dyson – quick and gentle on hair, they really put thought into these amenities! 👏 Breakfast had an amazing variety! From freshly made wonton noodles to fresh salmon sashimi, even my picky friend raved about the aromatic coffee and the fruits that tasted like honey. During the meal, a server proactively came to refill our tea, and their service was so natural and pleasant. The location is also perfect. It's just a 10-minute walk to the riverside promenade, which was lovely for an evening stroll and enjoying the night view. The surrounding commercial area also offered convenient dining and shopping options. For this price, staying at a hotel of this quality felt like an absolute steal! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area and have already recommended it to friends who are planning a visit! 👍

The hotel upgraded us to a suite that night, which was a really great, spacious open-plan room. All the in-room facilities and amenities were in excellent working order, and everything was clean and hygienic. The hotel's breakfast was also fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!

I've stayed here multiple times now, so I'm quite familiar with everything, and overall I'm pretty satisfied. It's mainly convenient for getting to the South Campus of Inner Mongolia University. Although it's a bit of a walk, it's the only upscale hotel in the vicinity.

The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is very convenient 👍🏻 Next time I visit Baotou, I will definitely stay at your hotel again! For breakfast, there's a wide variety of choices, from Western to Chinese cuisine, you'll find everything you need! The hotel's location is also excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs where you can buy daily necessities! I highly recommend everyone visiting Baotou to stay at the Hampton by Hilton!
