For my last night before leaving Inner Mongolia, I chose the Dolan Hotel. Although the entrance is small and hard to find, the lobby and hallways are spacious, and the room is incredibly spacious, with a bathtub for the kids to play happily. While the hotel facilities are traditional, they are clean and tidy. The parking lot is small, so if there are many guests, you might have to fight for a spot. That day, I even happened to see a local wedding being held at the hotel, which was a lively and festive occasion.

The hotel has a high-end sign, but the service is low-end everywhere. For breakfast, they will not forget to ask you which room you are in? But they will forget that there is no food on the plate and no paper in the tissue box. After staying for two days, they will not forget to renew the room card or re-swipe the room card, but they will forget to refill the toilet paper for you! When I finished, I found that there was no paper. Isn't it embarrassing?

The service is not good. There is no waiter on the floor, and the waiter in the lobby is free and undisciplined! When opening the room, they did not tell the guests that the online booking is cheaper. The actual room is more than 400 yuan, and the online booking is more than 200 yuan! And the next day when I went to have breakfast, they said that breakfast was not available in the hotel booked online. If you want to have breakfast, you have to add 58 yuan per person! Very dissatisfied!

The facilities are complete, very clean, and look very comfortable. There is a sofa in the room. The room is quite spacious, the service is good, and there is a restaurant on the first floor, which is very convenient for eating.
