The hotel reception staff were incredibly polite and attentive. We arrived in the morning, but as there were no rooms available for immediate check-in, we went out for lunch. When we returned to the hotel lobby to relax after our meal, there happened to be a room ready. Xiao Shi, seeing us, immediately informed us and facilitated an early check-in. The hotel facilities are exactly as depicted in the official photos. The location is convenient. The breakfast spread is lavish, featuring lamb offal soup with flatbread, Mongolian hot pot tea, and lamb dumplings. You don't even need to leave the hotel to savor classic Mongolian delicacies. We stayed for 4 nights straight. This hotel is definitely worth staying at! 👍🏻

In Inner Mongolia, it was scorching hot during the day. Before I even arrived, the staff had already turned on the air conditioning, so the room was wonderfully cool the moment I stepped in. Right next to the hotel, there's a foot massage place, which was perfect for relieving the fatigue from several days of travel. The hotel even offered a late checkout until 2 PM. I was still half an hour late because I went to visit a museum, but they didn't rush me at all, which made my entire stay feel relaxed and unhurried.

I chose this hotel for my 3-night stay in Hohhot. It's located in a bustling area of the old city, directly opposite the Grand Mosque and Kuan Alley food street. The lobby is bright and spacious, and the self-service afternoon tea offers freshly ground coffee, various teas, and snacks, making it a cozy and pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice view outside the window – I even caught a glimpse of a rainbow, which was a lovely surprise! The front desk staff were attentive and patient, and they resolved issues quickly. The light from the bedside switch panel was too bright at night and disturbed my sleep. The staff offered a temporary solution that worked well, but it was still inconvenient to use the switch.

The room facilities are great, I was actually quite surprised to find a microwave! The desk is also very large, which is perfect for families like ours with kids, and it would also work very well for business travelers. The lobby offers complimentary drinks for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again.

This is the most serious review I've ever written. I usually stay at Hampton by Hilton, but this time I chose Home2 Suites. The visual style and decor are very similar, but the rooms are a bit larger. The service was excellent – they helped me find my takeout order and my room key; absent-minded me really felt genuinely taken care of! The breakfast selection was rich, especially the savory milk tea, which tasted just as good as what you'd find in Kuanzhai Alley. Full marks, highly recommend!

Good, very good, an excellent stay experience, the brand management is trustworthy. It's very close to Jokhang Temple and Sela Old Street, within walking distance. Taxis are easily accessible right outside the hotel, the hotel service is great, and it's clean.

The room was spotless and very clean. The surrounding area is great and quite lively. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all very friendly. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hohhot!

Excellent, very good! It's clean and hygienic, and they offer afternoon coffee and snacks, which is a nice touch. It's a brand-name chain hotel, and tourist attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommended, the experience was superb! 👍🏻 Great, great, great.
