That was clean and confortable hotel in hohhot im ever seen That was good experience for our family for 2 adult 2 children The are not too big and small

The receptionists, the cleaners and the staff in the restaurant are superb. The location is wonderful. However, a few points can be improved: The entrance should provide a way for people getting heavy luggages into the lobby without too much effort. The upwards slope on the carpet towards the corridor is a buzzard. This requires immediate attention. Although we didn't use the facility, we noticed that there is only one washing machine and a drier. I imagine this can not match the demand as it is one of your attractive points for booking. The management needs seriously looking into day-to-day room cleaning services. It needs making clear to the customers that if they would see room cleaned before 3pm, they mus hang the request note on the door.

The location was fantastic, very near the railway and subway station. Restaurants and shopping areas were within walking distance or a few metro stations away. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful, facilitating a smooth and quick check-in.

The best hotel with the location is very near to the hohhot railway station. And there are very nice views that we can see from our room in the hotel. N if you want to visit the grassland or desert, you might ask the receptionist, they are helpful to contact the agency.

Good location,near train station, metro station, bus station. Easy to get food, a lot of restaurant and food shop near by. Room clean, got free laundry room.
