Manxiang Shiguang Serviced Apartment (Saihan District Wanda)

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had—a huge black mark on my trip that completely ruined my long-awaited travel memories😒. From the very start, the attitude toward guests was appalling, and the owner’s behavior was incredibly rude. It took almost 20 minutes just to check in; I’ve never encountered anything like it😩. Even without knowing Chinese, I had no trouble communicating at my previous hotels, but this place was just exhausting and frustrating. Even though I had already paid for the room, they forced me to leave a 100 RMB deposit at check-in😠. This is likely because the furniture is so old and fragile that they’ll look for any excuse to keep your deposit if anything breaks while you're there.😂👿 What infuriated me the most was while we were struggling to communicate, they started talking and laughing about where we were from with another customer—it felt like blatant ******😡😡😡😡. To anyone reading this: if you aren't Chinese or don't speak the language, do NOT book here. It’s a waste of your energy and will only cause you stress. They look at you with an air of superiority, as if you’re begging them for a place to stay, watching you with cold stares until the moment you leave🤨. The atmosphere is freezing and unwelcoming. The walls have zero soundproofing!!!! I couldn't sleep all night because of the loud noise from the next room. It’s an old building with terrible plumbing; the bathroom fixtures were so old and filthy that I couldn't even bring myself to take a shower. It was horrifying. Also, white lint from the bedsheets kept sticking to my clothes. The bedding is very rough—if you have sensitive skin like mine, you’ll be itching all night and lose your mind!!!! Just choose somewhere else. In all my travels through China, this is the only place where I’ve encountered such a bizarrely bad attitude. Even just the thought of heading back to the hotel while I was out made me angry; I couldn't wait to leave😣😖. Trust me on this: pick another place. Even their most expensive 'clean-looking' family room had nothing going for it except the lights.🥱

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable after a long day of traveling. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast options were also delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay here again!"

Scrammers. Byas area. Super dirty. Owner is scrammer also so bad attitude too. Dont book this apartment. Other floors so nice hotels a lot. this one is superty dirty and byas in bed and bitten a lot us.
