Excellent view, excellent location with a car or renting a bike. Excellent starting point for many tours, including the reach of the Neuschwanstein castle, though already in Germany. Very quiet and relaxing. Room with terrace and kitchen possibilities. The room must be cleaned with precision and it must be reported that it is a badge that explains how to leave towels if a guest does not need to replace them. (for reasons of energy saving and the introduction of chemicals into the environment), but in practice for two nights in this structure the replacement of towels took place both days ... Wow! What a great family experience. So much to do right there at Burgenwelten Ehrenberg. Kids just loved it. The incline, the museums (Ritter Ruettiger included!), the bridge, the castle. If you do run out of stuff to do on site, the local area is stunning, and you're 20 minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau in Bavaria. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and had heated floors! Restaurant was great and had a kids menu and our kids actually ate!

This hotel is let down by a couple of issues. Firstly it is close to the main road so there will be traffic noise. We had a room with a patio door on the first floor facing the road and the bar. It was also over the garage which seemed to be used a lot and had a squeaky door. You may well avoid that. We were welcomed at the hotel by a young lad who spoke very good English, was extremely helpful, and trying hard to make us welcome. The second issue was the older man who shrugged him aside and took over. The poor young lad looked deflated as this dour grumpy person snapped instructions at us without a welcome or eye contact. I would hope you dont get met by him, on my experience he should not be in hospitality, but the young lad will have a good future if he chooses hospitality.

We were just one night here, but we immediately felt well. There was information before that the reception was not occupied, but everything was well prepared. This was also true. It was an information letter and the key at the trees. The room was just under the roof with a small balcony backwards. On the back of the accommodation was a pool, a relaxation area with lying chairs, a place in the garden, with chairs and sunscreen, etc. The concept of accommodation is simple: Make yourself. There is a kitchen with self-service (cafe, tea, water but also wine). You write on what you take and pay for when you leave. Super! Breakfast also left no wishes open. Top!
