Disappointing experience & customer is not king! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for warmth, tranquility and quality service. Unfriendly, cold and haughty welcome! Inexperienced, unpleasant staff, disrespectful to guests, old fashioned rooms, toilet flushes that don't work properly and poorly maintained. Room rates too high for what is offered. Empty refrigerator box, bathrooms that are not clean, breakfast and dinner buffet that leaves much to be desired.... In short, this establishment is not worth the 4 stars it has on the outside and needs complete renovation! I will not come back here again and your excuses will not change that!

Very good accommodation and the restaurant is also very good ! We were 9 people with 1 sleeping room for each without any problem. People are very smart and pay attention to the clients. There is a big parking which is very good compared to several other hotels. The location of the hotel is close to the city center (200m only from the shops).

A great place away from the maddening crowds, but has easy access to travel around the Netherlands. Although the hotel is showing a bit of aging, and has tour groups almost every day, it didn't impact negatively on the stay.

Quiet location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms (even if the rain was battering down on top) and the food was good. My only issue was that the return and bar shut very early which means arriving late we only JUSt managed to eat! But the staff were very accommodating. Overall a good stay

This is just about the only option to stay at in town, but it's a very nice hotel. The general building is very nicely kept. the rooms are clean, spacious and have all the required services. Eating at the hotel, the food was actually very very good. and there is a nice bar. My only negative observation, the staff are all very young, and there arnet many of them, so you have to wait quite a while to be seen, and not alot was explained well (such as breakfast options etc). The hotel breakfast was lovely though!

オランダの雰囲気があらホテルです 外観も中も綺麗でスタッフもフレンドリーでした。 朝食も美味しくチーズやハムなど種類も多くて満足です。 Hoevelaken の駅から歩いても20分ちょっとなので便利です。 またバス停はすぐそばなので利用するのもいいかも 街のお店も近いので日用品やスーパーマーケットなど買い物にも近くて便利です また次回も訪れたいホテルでした!

Leuk hotel lekker in de buurt van Amersfoort. Lekkere bedden, heerlijke kamer met bad gehad. Extra kussens liggen in de kast. Kaamer was heerlijk donker 's nachts, waardoor je goed kunt doorslapen. Gezellige plek om 's avonds nog beneden een drankje te doen voor het haardvuur. Supervriendelijk personeel. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Slechte ervaring en ongelofelijk duur. We werden steeds vergeten na plaatsnemen tafel. Aantal keer iets gevraagd wat ook niet lukte( glas water voor medicatie bijv). Salade bij eten was letterlijk een eierdopje gevuld met drie blaadjes sla en een half cherrytomaatje zonder dressing. Applecrumble als toetje was een oud soort koud appelrondje. En een rekening waar je u tegen zegt. Nee ik zou er nooit weer heen gaan.

Onhygiënisch en gedateerd, zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar… haren in het bad, allemaal vlekken in het tapijt, schimmel in de badkamer en ook haren op het bed… de gordijnen kunnen niet dicht dus al met al een hele teleurstelling en dan betaal je voor een 4 sterren hotel
