Overall, I was very satisfied. I didn't experience any of the soundproofing issues mentioned in other reviews. The room was also much larger than the Ibis I stayed in later, far exceeding my expectations. There was lotion at the sink, as well as a dedicated hand soap. The mountain view from the window was beautiful, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The only minor drawback was a dark mark on the bedsheet, possibly from a washing machine or similar equipment. However, this small flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience, and I would definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants downstairs and large shopping malls like Myer nearby. If you're driving, they offer valet parking, but expect long waits when retrieving your car. I'd recommend notifying the front desk at least half an hour in advance.

The hygiene was really poor. There were hairs on the bedding and even in the mushrooms at breakfast 🤮. I will never go back. I've stayed in hotels at least 100 times, and this is the first time I've encountered such serious hygiene issues.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Hobart city center. Downstairs, there are numerous shops like Myer, Arc'teryx, The North Face, and the Machimachi bubble tea shop, making shopping very convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. The room size was moderate, and the view was great, but the windows were quite dirty, which affected the viewing experience—something that needs attention. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices and well-balanced nutrition. Housekeeping was done daily, and the cleanliness was good. You need to use your card to access the elevators, so security is not an issue. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and could use improvement.

Not really worth the price. The hotel is in the city center. The breakfast selection was very limited, and I found a hair in my food. I hope they improve in the future. You get what you pay for; a four-star hotel shouldn't charge five-star prices if it can't deliver five-star service.

The room facilities are complete, and the view from the rooftop executive lounge is excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The room is spacious, perfect for families. However, the shower area in the bathroom isn't properly enclosed, causing water to spill out. At night, there was extremely loud music that seriously disturbed our rest, only stopping around 1 AM. On the bright side, the view from the hotel window is beautiful.

This is a new hotel, and overall, the facilities are quite good, and the service is very personable. However, the parking fee wasn't $35 as stated, but rather $40 per night. Since it's in the city center, only valet parking is available, with unlimited in-and-out privileges for the day. Yesterday, picking up and dropping off the car was smooth and punctual. This morning, January 12, 2026, I was scheduled to get my car at 9:15 AM. The valet counter only had one long-haired staff member who told me I was 'second in line'. After waiting for five minutes, the person who retrieved the cars returned. When I went to get my car, he had completely forgotten about me. This is incredibly irresponsible and almost made me miss my flight.
