7/6/2026 This is our first visit to Hobart and we love it. Thanks to The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel, super good location, with complete kitchen and laundry facilities, our trip was perfect.Laundry powder is provided everyday, however there isn’t any cooking oil or salt/pepper provided. Hair dryer and iron / iron boarded is provided too

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and even had a small balcony with beautiful views to wake up to! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything, including a washing machine. The bus stop right outside made it super convenient to get around. They cleaned the room daily, and I was very satisfied with my four-night stay!

nice location by the pier; just 10 min walk. A big room with 3 queen size beds and 2 single beds. There are three bathrooms, with one of those doesn't have shower. So may need to wait a bit if there are more people

Traveling with family, we chose this apartment hotel because we planned to be out all day and didn't want to deal with laundry. The washing machine is a top-loader and a bit old, but perfectly functional. The dryer is excellent; it can dry all the clothes and pants for our family of three in one go. The hotel's restaurant, Stockmans, offers much better value for its steaks than those trendy, Instagrammable spots. The date pudding for dessert is definitely worth trying.

Check in was noisy and couldn't hear what I was being told. The assistant was arguing with me and said I didn't request parking when I initially asked when I booked . Tv in room was completely unplugged and has to ask service to connect . Two plates were still not entirely cleaned and when I asked for a tax receipt l couldn't get one.will not stay again .

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment which worked out really well for our extended family of 5. Well located within walking distance of most places. Easy access to places of interest, food and shopping.

One of the most value for money stay I have experienced in view of the following: 1) the hotel is strategically located at the centre of Hobart with easy access to convenient store and eatery places. 2) Hotel rooms are clean, spacious, well equip with full range of utensils and with ample parking bays. Staff are also friendly. 3) Hotel rate is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good location, close to waterfront. Unfortunately, also close to Hobart Hospital so you can hear the helicopter coming and going which was quite noisy at night. Our apartment was spacious but more dated than it appeared in photos and we had a view over the air conditioning units. ☹️ Restaurant was great for dinner at night but the only good thing I can say about the breakfast is the lovely friendly waitress that served our table. Food was awful and not good value at all. The apartment was serviced daily, the toiletries were good quality and replaced which was appreciated. Good for family trips.
