Unexpected gem to find this hotel. We originally booked because it was hard to find a hotel around the New Year holiday, but I'm very pleased to have stayed at the hotel. Loved the room we had, the executive room with a nice walk-in closet and a separate living room. Sauna and steam room, which came in handy. 3 jacuzzis on the rooftop along with the pool. The breakfast in the morning was good. Plenty of options and the pho ga, was very good! Friendly staff and great views from my room of downtown. Executive lounge had nice options for the evening canapes. The only drawback and it's not the hotel's fault, but the hallway in our room smelled of ****. Lots of people smoking in their rooms which is not the hotels fault, but a bit of a turn-off since I don't smoke. Other than that, we would definitely stay again. Worth coming back!

When I use out of hot water to make my own coffee and am going to take the elevator to the 1st floor to get some drink, though just out of the executive lounge’s operation hours, she is very nice to provide the hot coffee to me directly. The hotel is located in District 5 so for us it was ok because close to relatives. Not so close to city centre for tourists but ok for a 30 min taxi ride to District 1. Rooms ok and would be 4 star locally and 3.5 stars for western review system. Staff were fantastic but limited English for foreigners to stay. My wife speaks Vietnamese so we were ok. Our original room had an air conditioner problem and staff moved us to a bigger room at no cost. We were happy with this hotel.
